If us and Fulham having the same sponsor is causing all this furore I dread to think what the comments are like up in Scotland where Rangers and Celtic have the same sponsor.

apparrently they have to have the same sponsor if its a local company cus of the fear that supporters of one club would boycott the product on the other teams shirt and vice versa

dunno if its true tho

I wouldn't hype it up and by calling it a 'furore'. It was just a couple of posters stating things like it was 'small time' but then not explaining why having the same sponsor as another team makes any difference to having an exclusive deal! :|

Just announced a new deal with FIAT on the OS.

Just read that. Anyone who knows how much it's worth? Or if FIAT will be on the back as is shown on the OS?

I don't think having a sponsor on the back of the shirt would be allowed in the Premiership. I think they have done that just for show. They will take over from Seat, which means they will have their name plastered about the ground, on the board behind the MotD interview spot, and in the match day programmes etc.

How can it possibly go on the back like the official website when players names go on the back?

Fiat should bring out a range of cars named after Villa players:

"The Fiat Agbonlahor" 0-60 in 2 seconds before stalling for the second half of the drive.

"The Fiat Heskey" Big powerful utility truck that breaks down every time it hits a bump in the road.

"The Fiat Sidwell" Greatest getaway vehicle ever, the cops will lose track of it mere seconds after the pursuit begins.

"The Fiat Freidel" Old American muscle car.

"The Fiat Guzan" New American muscle car sadly left in the garage on race day.

"The Fiat Reo-Coker" Drives it's owner up the wall.

"The Fiat Carew" Stretched party car with added disco ball and pole.

"The Fiat Ashley" Takes corners well and comes with Wi-Fi and cameras as standard.

etcetera....
