I'm not just saying this now because he scored last week, but even Boro fans told me we should have went for Johnson instead. Lets be honest....you are just saying that because he scored last week. drat01 Posted March 16, 2010 Share Posted March 16, 2010 Nope sorry but Petrov is not having anything like the influence he should Wigan seem to like to run at defences rather than pass through them, I think he's doing a decent job of making that difficult, but he's not been able to get forward much.This seems a perfect game where we need that midfielder to make the difference as the forwards are struggling to get the goals. So far Petrov is very much a "meh" performance and has offered very little. I just did a totally unscientific thing and counted in 10 mins how many times his name was mentioned by tweedle dum and dee and it was none.
