It's Your Round
Damn, that keeper was so close to saving Coutinho’s free kick there Great to see Barry in hot scoring form. He may never make it at Villa but we need our youth to still achieve careers in football.
John
Looks like there are more empty seats behind the goals in Qatar than Accrington, is that their corporate area? Overall, another good weekend for our players out on loan, including 7 from 7 for Louie now.

Dodgyknees
https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/67031589.amp Quote Goalkeeper Viljami Sinisalo says his time at Exeter City is the most enjoyable he has had in his career. The 21-year-old, who is on a season's loan from Aston Villa, has featured in 10 of Exeter's 11 English Football League (EFL) games this season. He also helped the League One club beat Premier League side Luton Town 1-0 to reach the Carabao Cup fourth round. This is really cool. 1

I'm fairly sure the one game he didn't play was the first game they'd lost after a sequence of wins. Looks to be a really good loan spell for all concerned. 1

It's against a league two defence, but that was some seriously exceptional wing play from Louie. rodders0223
Just for reference I find it infuriating you don't get an assist for own goals. Barry does majestic ball carrying skips down the wing shows strength pace and skill and forces an inevitable own goal. No assist. Someone passes it 3 yards to someone who beats 9 people and rifles the ball in from 70 yards. Assist. Immediate whoscored rating of high 7s.

I don't think he should get an assist but I feel there needs to be something to quantity play like his that resulted in the own goal. Also, the player who wins the penalty needs to get some form of recognition stat wise.

useless
Kaine and Azaz getting a lot of praise for their performances today, and seems they're doing well in general. Hard to judge Plymouth on the one hand they're just one place above the bottom three, but if you'd have said at the start of the season that they would be four points clear of the bottom three at this stage then they probably would have been quite content with that.
