He made his Scotland U21 debut the other day, pretty good going for a seventeen year old, essentially playing three or four age groups up.

Might be wrong here but they have absolutely nothing up top in the first team do they?

Every danger he'll be fast tracked

Isn't it some championship striker called Dyke or something like that

Yes it is:  image.jpeg.03865293bac4dd4105aa22f97a572222.jpeg :D Oh the other one, Lyndon Dykes plays for QPR, so he's no Dennis Law:image.jpeg.8587b7d96deedc5195ad03e78639f24a.jpeg other than that they have Che Adams:rolleyes:.

How is he technically? Obviously he can score goals but you need to be able to do it all now to make it as a PL striker.

Would be good for him to get into senior Scotland squad as they're pretty good these days, good coach and he will have McGinn there to help him!

I can see him breaking through for them before he breaks through for us

I've not seen a whole lot of him. Some of the others would be better placed to give opinion on technique etc, but if you're approaching 2 goals a game at any level then you probably need to go to the next level.

Good technically. Not super skillful  .not going to run half of the pitch and score. But he has that knack of the right place at the right time. Left foot right foot headers, scarmbled goals, bullet shots. Finishing wise he has the lot.. Still a boy and i think its right to keep him in the U18s and not be overpowered physically. He is over 6 ft now but skinny still. Will be a few years until he has the physicality to compete in the Prem if he keeps on getting better. But potentially a v v good player.

Has he got that Haaland "luck" that the ball always manages to fall to him 5 yards out from goal?

The physicality required to play up front in this league and hold your own ground, is a phenomenal challenge....don't under estimate it.

This boy is 17 and not a freak of nature like Jude Bellingham.

He might be tearing it up against other boys who give him space, to showcase his talent.....but he has a lot to prove to be a first teamer.

Never the less encouraging progress from him.
