That said, why we continue to drop deeper and deeper at the latter stages and cannot put two passes together, apart from hoofing the ball 40 yards down the line, is very frustrating to watch.

6/10 performance, Martinez and Watkins, Sari and Mings making up the majority of that score.

I keep asking, but haven't heard a good reason why this is happening?

I think Wolves did just about enough there to feel aggrieved about not winning.

I think we're looking at it so much from our side that we're neglecting what the opposition did.

Wolves have an uncanny ability to come out much better in the second half than the first half. Its why they won so many games from losing positions. I don't know what's the exact reason for this phenomena but viewed from this lens, we didn't really get worse in the second half. Its just wolves got a lot better.

Not that he is the answer, but Ramsey made a difference, and he was only on for 10 mins,

Traore was a disgrace.

It really wasn't an awful game and no-one was a disgrace. A point and a clean sheet against a side who finished 7th last season is not too bad

considering who was missing. There's no need to make that sort of comment about a player. We have had a more than acceptable 2nd season

with more to come. Be satisfied with the massive improvement we've made

I think Daniel James would suit us perfectly, have thought this all season , my only thought now is whether there is some one better for a similar role?

Traore was defensively strong, didn’t shirk not much in offence though, but he is defo not lazy, Luiz no chance was OK, Barkley had nothing around him when he arrived, no service into him either. He’s not blameless though.

Daniel James just comes off to me like a Trezeguet but with actual pace. Which is kind of nice, but I kind of want a winger who can do other footballing things wrll as well.

Sometimes you need just pace to get the ball up the pitch, he was on fire for Man U when he joined. Traore has skill and guile but isn’t a rocket.we do lack real pace on the break.

We have our defensive game cracked, we just now need to sort our attacking verve. It’s our bite and ruthlessness that is lacking.

The first shot hit the bar and I feel like it was any lower, the keeper probably could've gotten a hand to it regardlessThe second shot is fair.

But I still think Saiss and Coady's chances were significantly better and by all rights they should've scored both chances. I wouldn't have said the same about any of our chances.

That we're lamenting playing well for half a game and "only" getting a point against shows how far we've come in 12 months.

The first half we were as free-flowing as we've looked without Jack, but second half Wolves got more organised and sent everything towards Neto who is a very good player.

Another clean sheet, though; an encouraging first start for Sanson, Mings and Konsa looking imperious, and we're not far off being a very dangerous team.

With a smidge more luck, Watkins would have 20 goals already and we'd be challenging top 4. From a pure business development perspective, I bet NSWE are very happy with the way things are going.

Have you really watched Watkins shot? Patricio was absolutely nowhere need it! Konsa 2 misses were just as glaring as Wolves misses and of course they cleared off the line from Ollie at the end.

All in all a fair result

i did. I missed it actually so I went and looked at the highlights. Patricio could've gotten to it if it was any lower.

No, if you think Konsa's 2 misses were just as glaring as the Wolves miss I don't know what to tell you. It just wasn;t. The second shot especially. it was a good chance but no where near the sitters the Wolves players missed.
