Wouldn’t worry about boro - Millwall a bigger threat than them . Fulham will get 2nd and we should be able to beat any of the others in the play offs if we turn up

villan-scott Posted April 12, 2018 VT Supporter Share Posted April 12, 2018 Knowing Villa we will beat Leeds Friday and both Cardiff and Fulham will lose this weekend, only for us to get turned over by Ipswich next week after giving us another glimmer of hope! With regards to the playoffs. I’d fancy us against anyone apart from Fulham, so I’m hoping they bag second now. 2

Its so Villa to do that What is pretty annoying is barring this weekend Fulham play the Friday so they have the les pressure of having to win. Millwall vs Fulham is going to be a very interesting
turvontour
I think we'll have back to back away games at Millwall.
Nigel Posted April 12, 2018 VT Supporter Share Posted April 12, 2018 I am rooting for Fulham, hope they dont drop another point tbh. In reality we are not going to overtake Fulham and Cardiff with 4 games to go.
Mark Albrighton Posted April 12, 2018 VT Supporter Share Posted April 12, 2018 It’s both annoying and ridiculous. I’m finding myself wanting Fulham to lose, but only if Cardiff are already losing because it’s still technically possible for us to do it, however unlikely. But at the same time I want Fulham to win if Cardiff are also winning. Football, eh? 1
turvontour
Is there a rule around how many players you can change from one game to the next? Thinking in relation to resting players ahead of the playoffs.

Popular Post terrytini
Reading the last couple of pages it looks like as long as we aren’t at Home or Away 1st or 2nd leg, and as long as we either keep playing our best 11 for momentum or change things for a rest, we will be fine..... ..........as long as we avoid either Fulham, Cardiff, Boro, Millwall, Derby, Bristol, Sheffield United and Brentford. And Preston. Splendid. 4

carewjust4u
We can beat any team over two legs (except Fulham), and will beat anyone on that big Wembley pitch (except Fulham). Feeling very good about this.

I was actually at the game, we had so many injuries...Adomah even came off after 20 mins and we had an attacking trio of Onomah, Hogan and ELMo. Difference is now we have basically everyone back, and Kodija is looking sharper by the week.....Imagine a starting front 4 of Kodija, Grealish, Snod and Adomah on that big wembley pitch. Mark Albrighton Posted April 12, 2018 VT Supporter Share Posted April 12, 2018 (edited) Remaining fixtures for those below us in the hunt for play off positions. Derby Burton (a), Boro (h), Cardiff (h), Villa (a), Barnsley (h) Millwall Sheff Utd (a), Fulham (h), Boro (a), Villa (h) Boro Bristol (h), Derby (a), Millwall (h), Ipswich (a) Bristol Boro (a), Hull (h), Forest (a), Sheff Utd (h) Sheff Utd Millwall (h), Small Heath (a), Preston (h), Bristol (a) I think it will be Derby and whomever wins the match between Boro and Millwall. Although there are five matches where two of those five teams play each other so plenty of potential twists and turns yet. *I didn’t include Brentford as I want to believe we have a chance of winning these play offs.
