National teams should just refuse to turn up as a f*** off to UEFA.

Traveling around the world in the middle of a pandemic that has just entered it's second wave is utter madness and asking for trouble.

The various FAs want the cash

Eh the national teams are the reason these games are being played as the FAs need money

They should, but there's a fair bit of money involved and most FA's need that money.

Sweden with a really solid first half against a weak Croatian side missing a few key players like Brozovic, Vida, Lovren and Vrsaljko.

2-0 up and Kulusevski with his first competitive goal for Sweden

Saw this question asked earlier and the answer asks a lot of questions -

Who is the best international manager right now?

There's so many banag average, failed team managers in charge of good players

Not sure if the money in club football has moved the sticks or what but it's pretty desperate out there, Luis Enrique you can make an arguement that with everything that's happened in his life might have done more at club level but you're gonna drag up mancini with city as a manager who's won something which tells you everything you need to know

Deschamps won the French league and got to the Champions League final with 2 teams that werent fancied or Roberto Mancini. Vladimir Petkovic is also a decent manager and surprise he left Lazio for Switzerland

I dont really rate Enrique club work, yes he won trophies but he had a formidable attack at the time. Failed miserably at Roma

Deschamps is the obvious one cos he's winning stuff but he's got a squad deeper than the whats it's face trench

I'd say France haven't got a natural world class goal scorer and then it's your opinion on lloris but top 5 player in every position you'd throw a French bloke in there

Just now, Mat Kendrick's Dentist said:

You said no world class goalscorer 😝 And he's far more of a (wide) forward than a winger IMO

Yeah goalscorer is the wrong wording

Games this week they've started with Ben yedder and giroud in game 1 and then coman and martial in game 2

That ain't world class

They don't have a number 9

Yup, I would say there is a world class French number 9 (Benzema), but they don't pick him!

Gambia doing a bit of classic shithousery in not allowing the Gabon players into the country and forcing them to sleep on the floor at the airport ahead of the game between the two nations. Hope Gambia are punished for this but I doubt they will be.
