I celebrated last night with a curry (I ordered enough for today too :)) and it is fair to say that it is pretty manic down here in Portsmouth (due to the Victorious Festival and the "mods" heading to the Isle of Wight). The advice Portsmouth City Council gave was "don't drive". I think I'll stick to that and spend my weekend sipping beer, eating curry and generally chilling out.
