Stevo985 Posted September 4, 2015 VT Supporter Share Posted September 4, 2015 Going to the previous round counted for nothing then Monday 14th for me!
Paul33
It should have counted for something in my opinion.
Stevo985 Posted September 4, 2015 VT Supporter Share Posted September 4, 2015 Yeah. I'll still get a ticket to this, just means I'll have to sit on my own probably as my mates I usually go with will probably buy earlier.
AvfcTheObsession
It did count for something, if you have a ST and went to the previous round you are in the first window.
Paul33
I think the point was you WOULD go if you had a season ticket but to make the trip - I did 200 miles - to support the lads on a dull, wet day against lower division opposition probably deserves recognition when selling tickets for the next round ..... as it did in the FA Cup last season.Doesn't bother me as I have the booking history anyway but I feel for those that did Notts County but are potentially going to miss out on this one. Why should last season's loyalty count ahead of this season's ? Edited September 6, 2015 by Paul33
andykeenan
Letters are being sent out along with tickets about pitch invasion and behaviour of fans. Went got mine yesterday and wernt given the ticket like normally as this is what there doing
dAVe80
I'd think anyone who wants a ticket for this will get one. Think it'll sell out, but as long as you've been to VP at least twice in the past couple of years, you'll be fine.
AvfcTheObsession
I don't think it will sell out, with Blues only having 2,800 we are relying on selling just under 40,000 tickets to Villa fans for a midweek game. Can't see that happening when Bradford in the LC Semi didn't sell out, nor Baggies in the FA Quarter on a Saturday afternoon.
Paul33
Definite sell out for me .... absolutely no doubt about it !
lmarsha_926
Does 5 game history count as cup games aswell as want to get my dad a ticket for his birthday and his reference has 4 league home games, 3 away league games, 1 cup home game from last season? Paul33
No reason why it shouldn't ..... albeit not sure if the two Wembley games count.

Tried calling them nearly x100 times but just keeps saying busy (they don't even have a queue system??).

Rugeley Villa
poor going if we cant sell out against our deadly rivals, im not sure if it will or not but my blues mate cracked me up today because he heard something daft like 600 blues are going in the holte, i just told him to stop being silly. Paul33
They can't go anywhere unless Villa fans buy the tickets so that one would require 600 Villa fans risking being in big trouble to help a Nose see the game ..... that ain't going to happen !!! Rugeley Villa
yeah i told him it was near impossible, thing is you will have some in the villa end and it beggars belief really because villa fans would of got them in there.
supernova26
Will sell out block R1 is closed for segregation reasons. You may get half a dozen or so in The Holte spread about but that's it.Biggest threat comes from a pitch invasion from their fans given every bloody away team does it when they score against us in that little block. Not assuming they'll score, but won't stop them coming on the pitch. Edited September 7, 2015 by supernova26
