Was impressed with him last night, always tried to be positive and look for a forward pass.

Matthew Version wasn't bad though. Injury meant he never showed his best.

On his day he would be in our starting eleven, just not sure whats gone wrong. Maybe it's as simple as he isn't enjoying playing as much as he did at the tail end of last season. Let's hope he rediscovers the desire to play.

Lets hope he understands that a football club is not like ordinary businesses. Success in not judged on how big our profits are......

So Randy cannot sell the club so plan b is to run it as a business with as little input (financial or otherwise) from him until he can find someone who will meet his valuation. Now we would gain nothing if sack him after such a short space of time but then do you let him bring in one or two players to at least show some kind of pretence that he is being backed? The next appointment has got to be absolutely spot on if we are to reclaim our premiership status at the first attempt and my faith in Lerner or Fox doing that is zero.

I do wonder if the above and the fact he is french and we have a few french players was about as far as Fox looked when he was searching for someone to take over from Sherwood.

Did Fox appoint Garde to keep us up or complete a rebuilding of the squad, it simply cannot have been to do both.

When both Fitzgerald and Cunnah left the board it was obvious that Lerner didn't want anyone interfering with his little vanity project.

So sack Garde, take a couple of weeks to appoint successor, window shuts, Randy spends nothing, mission completed.

Not sure about him, he persists with the same formation that has not worked so far, persists with Gestede. What he should have done is make us harder to beat, maybe 4-5-1, who knows we may just have got lucky and won a game or two.

If you look at the players we signed for huge sums who then left the club for nothing in Lerner's time you can soon get to some truly awful figures which would go along way towards the £222 million figure.

2 appointments, no 2 appalling appointments by him and we are down and out. About as clueless as his first appointment.

Never been a huge fan of TWD but watch it as my other half likes it but even she is getting to the point where she thinks its lost its way. The one point I cannot get over (Glenn being a prime example) is that they have survived this long by behaving a certain way and taking precautions but then all of a sudden they behave completely out of character and get got. Homeland was just outstanding TV, I have had to find a copy of the last episode because I cannot wait until sunday.
