  1. Its easy being commercial manager at Arsenal when people are looking to throw money at you, I am still waiting to see something which make me think yes he is a big improvement on Faulkner.

Its a bit of a gamble this one and I cannot say I join the Tom Fox love in. Sherwood was a terrible appointment and his removal was about 5 games later than it should have been. Fox needs to get this one right as he might find his job much harder in the Championship.
  3. The Nexus 6P is a really nice phone. Massive compared to my Nexus 5 though. Fingerprint Scanner is blindingly fast and the screen is fab.
  4. Well it appears that the blonde one "Selina" got herself into a bit of a argy bargy after last weeks boardroom just outside the doorway with the Blonde who was in the navy and was warned about her future conduct. She put on twitter last night that she has broken her contract and wont be appearing on the follow-up show with Jack Dee after she gets fired at some point in the future. I feel sorry for whoever is her partner I really do.
  5. The staircase with the mattress on it, I completely agree with. But the other two points I don't feel are entirely unbelievable. How quick is it to just set alight a normal brick-built store with a few tiny flares? It wouldn't go up quick enough to actually cause the distraction, that's why I thought they went to the grain store, because it would set alight quickly. Also, useless Nicholas found it, to be fair to him, he just pissed around for ten minutes before he pulled his finger out. About the people with leg injuries, I think Machome (sp?) was up for leaving them, but then the black dude with the dreads said that they're taking them with them, and I don't think she wanted to look like she was against them, because of the tension that was building between the old and the new group. I agree though, the sensible thing would have been to leave them and come back later. You have a leg injury which means you cannot move as fast as the others would you take your chances of being caught by zombies or would you barricade yourself inside one of the buildings until they can come back for you? It would take me all of 10 seconds to work that one out. One last thing, the old "oh no the RV/Car wont start" was such a cliche you would think that they can come up with better.

Dwight Yorke is obviously working on the basis that if Tim Sherwood can manage AVFC so can I!!
  7. So the email said 1-2 days processing, 2-3 days delivery so you would think 4-5 working days, nope its out for delivery today and no ones in.
  8. So a couple of things from TWD. You have two people with you who have leg injuries do you A. Drag them along with you knowing they will slow you down or B. Let them hide somewhere so you can come back for them in a motor when its safe? You want to start a fire to distract the zombies, do you A. Find the biggest building thats close and torch it or B run all the way across town with someone who obviously hasnt a clue where its going looking for some grain store to set fire to. And lastly, you are running away from a horde of zombies, do you A. run up a blind alley so that you are trapped or B. actually jump over the mattress on an outside staircase and get on the roof until it all dies down.
  9. Walking Dead has been on form this season so far.
  10. Just had an email to say my Nexus 6P has shipped from the goog.

wasn't Richarson our best player against Chelsea 7days previous no. I remember him giving the ball away needlessly which almost led to him giving away a penalty You must've been pretty focused on Richardson, then Not really it was one of the first highlights which came up on motd. By Richardson's standards he had an ok game against Chelsea. He then cost us the game against Swansea Off-topic but their winning goal was much more down to Gana (also a judgement based on MOTD). He had rrun his balls off as the only recognised midfielder in the team, he should have more help in the last 20 minutes but then we all know our ex-manager never got the substitutions right. II would be suprised if Garde is just going to walk away at the first sign off a hitch, te club may be looking at their alternatives though. Just nevr ever go to Poyet
  12. Well mad crying mental Carrie reappeared in Homeland last night which was a downer. As an aside the viewing figures for this series so far are abysmal with last night's episode struggling to crack the million mark

thats nothing, Sherwood has tried all of those in one 90 minute game.
  14. Have to say he was probably the most inept appointment I have ever seen down VP. Didn't see one single thing that would make me think he actually knew what he was doing. I suspect we will look back in five years time and will think it was ridiculous that he ever managed a club of our size.
  15. Well the board have an extra hour tonight should they need it to sack the useless f#@ker
  16. I like Jack - he'll be a top talent - but what has he done so far that anyone else hasn't? From the top of my head, I can remember one goal (Leicester, this season) and one assist (Liverpool, semi-final). He's had some decent performances and some crap ones. He's basically been in exactly the same boat as "other players". I think he'll go on to be a lot better than most of what we currently have, but there's absolutely nothing wrong with protecting a young lad in the early stages of his career. Lambert (FWIW) managed it pretty perfectly. Sherwood thrust him in immediately and bigged him up (fair play Timmy) and we get media coverage over the summer and a more drained, less sharp Grealish so far this season. Playing every minute of every game isn't necessarily for the best when you're a 19 year old kid. Andy Gray.....Brian little.....Gary Shaw......Gareth Barry.......Trevor Francis......Wayne Rooney Alan shearer........... If you are good enough, you are old enough. That statement refers to the quality of a player. Jack is still developing. Yes he is young but he really shouldn't be playing every game at his age, not down to lack of ability, but to preserve him physically and most importantly mentally. it was said.... it doesn't do you much good playing every game at 19......didn't do them much harm Shaw and Little had their careers ended early by injury, so define harm!
  17. A good (experienced) manager would have got us 3 points at Leicester, a point at Palace and probably a point at home against Sandwell which would have had us sitting 16th. How can people not see that a half decent manager will make a big difference to where we finish this season?
  18. Agree that it was another good episode for Homeland.
  19. I have my blog up and running at the moment with my initial impressions of Samsung Smartthings up and running if its of interest to anyone. I wont post a direct link as I am not sure if it breaks any rules.
  20. In Marshmallow you cannot swipe up to get to Google Now............strange decision.
  21. He has clearing in the woods written all over him and with an IQ as low as his I wouldn't be surprised to find out he is a Small Heath fan..................
  22. Marshmallow updated on my Nexus 5 but nothing yet on my 9
