  1. Probably 75% likely we finish fifth and probably 75% likely fifth place will be a CL place. Getting CL is all that matters, out final position of fourth or fifth isn't really important.
  2. If you read what he said he specifically states he is not calling out his teammates and he is included in what he said.
  3. Looks very good but needs to improve his fitness. Faded before he was taken off. A young lad like that should be able for 90 mins.
  4. I would have brought on Diaby instead of him to be honest and gone 4-3-3. Nobody in here clamouring to sign him now....
  5. If we played our first team we still would have lost. Phil Foden was enough to beat whatever team we put out.
  6. We won't miss him because they will beat us with or without him.
  7. Two weeks isn't enough to recover. It's been a long season and most of today's team played against city midweek.
  8. Look at the league table before you post. United won't catch us and Liverpool should beat them easily tomorrow.
  9. Likely to lose away to Arsenal next which means one point from three games. Brighton, palace and Bournemouth games are huge now. If you're a betting man it seems inevitable we will finish fifth, especially with more European games ahead. The game itself showed we are running on fumes. No energy, no pace, players walking around. Alright it's tough when BrentFord were defending so deep but you need to up the pace then. The only time we upped the pace was when it was do or die stuff at the end. Why didn't we start like that. When we got the equaliser the subs should have been made them. Lastly zaniolo couldn't trap a bag of cement when he came on. Looked woeful.
  10. Fallen apart. Going to need a lot to win this now.
  11. Isn't 25% of the Chinese economy their construction sector? Also the one child policy will lead to disaster.
  12. Been city's best player in this second half. Running the game for them.
  13. No not really, every 3-4 years we end moving teams or doing something completely different. But the culture and approach is always the same.
  14. I think this has happened for a lot of people since COVID. Most of my colleagues are much less willing to pretend that they care about their job or appear motivated. The majority want to just work from home doing as little as possible. Companies are going to have to try to find new ways to motivate employees and forcing them to come back into the office 3+ days a week won't work either. Now one caveat is that I'm 20 years in the same job, like most of the people I know. At that point I guess everyone loses their motivation.
  15. Moyes will be gone in the summer but if he stays he's a typical Moyes signing.
  16. I don't think anyone will want him. He's done okay this season but that could easily be a once off. He hasn't shown over the course of his career that he's worthy of a big move.
