    The purpose of AEG and Trez was to keep us up and they succeeded and have been moved on. Traore was bought into take us up from relegation candidates to mid table and he succeeded (imo). Bailey was bought into take us into top half of the table but he hasn’t hit the regular performances required.

    I’d start him against The Arse though. Zinchencko leaves a lot of space behind him so Duran could easily slot into the gap and hammer home any advantage we can gain from that.

    Fantastic news. It’ll be good to send some of the best youngsters over there for the coaching and experience and vice Versa . The level of technical knowledge in Portugal and Spain for that matter is very impressive.

    One of the problems yesterday was our wide midfielders didn’t get enough of the ball. Either Man City cut off the supply to them or Ramsey n Buendia didn’t make enough good movements to be free to receive the passes.

    He’s been out injured and hasn’t been playing badly. Once he’s back to full match fitness he’ll be very very good again.
