All options for him, I’m surprised that he hasn’t been snapped up if he’s such a good CEO you’d think someone would have come in for him by now? Perhaps he’s not as good as his own PR make’s him out to be. We were losing a fortune during his time as CEO and I believe he was eventually eased out by NAS and Wes, quietly with the minimum of fuss or disruption to their and our football club. Unai’s influence has been hugely important to our progress in many aspects and areas of the club. I notice we have a new appointment in the youth development department from Exeter. No fanfare no fuss, all very Unai and NSWE style. Refreshing and further evidence of what the club now regards as important. Does anyone know or care if CP has found a job yet, it’s months now since he left AVFC. There’s always the Salivation Army if he’s really struggling?

Being able to work the off side trap effectively is a very good and important tactic. Ok it’s not exciting but it is important and comes through good coaching through out the club at all levels, thanks Unai one of the many things that are overlooked but are very important to our progression.

You’re right when the boot is on the other foot, regardless of the reason, the opinions are completely different. Ollie’s offside was pretty marginal, although I’d say he was just off. None of theirs were even close to being on and some had other players comfortably off side. But hey as long as the rest of the world keeps writing us off but we keep winning, who cares? I know I don’t! UTV!!!

It would be good if the authoritie could address similar disparities on the pitch too, with regards to refereeing and including VAR as well. Since we area out to play some of the great self appointed “big six” I can imagine this will become a sore subject for many if not all of us over the next few weeks.

Don’t even think about the Sultan leaving AVFC even if it is to replace that clown Southgate. Let’s face it we all have mothers who could replace him and do a better job. Mothers or ageing Aunties anyway! I’d have to put forward my Scottish Mother in law, who has no interest in football or any idea about it either, so a seem less transition anyway! I’ll see if she’s got a waistcoat so nobody would notice , except she’s a bit short. Father in law could do it though he’s quite tall and has no football management experience at any level so he’d slot in nicely for the clown. He’d probably agree to it in the belief thst as a Scot he could do damage to the England team, little foes he know!!
