  1. Yeah agreed hence why I mentioned at least. Will be great to see him back when he is ready
  2. Probably will take at least 6 weeks if things go to plan and then what a player to have back for the end of the season!
  3. Over the years been in the home end vs Villa, at the top of my head, at Leeds (multiple times including a win with Southgate scoring), QPR, Reading (multiple times), Fulham (multiple times) , Arsenal and Portsmouth (multiple times). As long as you are sensible and don't start celebrating when your team scores then it is OK. Obviously at Villa Park if you have Man U fans jumping up when they score then that is going to far!
  4. Like the defence but surely Bailey must be in the starting 11? (unless he is injured too!)
  5. Footage of our new defence in training...
  6. To be fair there are always Villa fans in the home ends of other grounds too so not just restricted to United and Liverpool...
  7. Gutted about the Kamara news and wish him all the best in his recovery. Although we'll be missing a key player this is an opportunity for someone else to come into the team and perform. Let's hope they make the most of it. UTV!
  8. Yeah agreed I voted for Ramsey for MOTM too and he clearly played well. I think when you compare how Tielemans played vs both Chelsea and Newcastle Ramsey was miles better today. He stretched the play, was a constant threat and gave us some pace to our attacks on both sides. Looking forward to seeing more end product but really good signs today. UTV!
  9. I thought the atmosphere was good today and the fans were well behind the team. Need to keep that going vs Forest in the next home match and I'm going to do that one so will be doing my bit!
  10. IMO he remains the weak link in our defence when all the defenders are available. When they are not available he arguably stands out as the weak link even more. In general play he did fairly well today I thought but got skinned by Rashford and also looked at fault for the decisive goal again.
  11. Completely changes the balance of our midfield and has to start when fit.
  12. I actually thought we played a lot better today and am optimistic when Pau, Digne and Konsa back in the team as we're conceding too many at present. The winning goal was almost a replica of a goal we conceded vs Chelsea where neither Carlos or Cash won the header coming in. Ramsey made a big diffeerence to us and Bailey was always a threat and I think the momentum of the game changed when he came off. Overall we were unlucky to lose based on chances and they were more clinical. Tough defeat to take but we'll rise again. UTV!
  13. At least on a positive that first half is the best I've seen us against a top half side for a while now.
  14. Great to see Ramsey back and has made a real difference to the balance of our midfield. I think on the whole at worst we should be level but just haven't been clinical enough. Someone else clearly needs to pick up Maguire on corners as that seems one of their biggest threats!
