Had the misfortune to come across some Tesco bags on the train. They were checking their team and didn't know half of the players ? Mouthiest of them wouldn't shut up about how all the villa fans ever talk about is 82. Did make the point that it always seems to be them reminding us how much we remind them of 82. Also wouldn't stop talking about the fa cup game a few years back. Told him their fans weren't exactly blameless when they were chucking seats over the north onto our fans but that was too valid a point for them to comprehend. The point I decided to bite my tongue was when he was trying to tell me blues have a better history than us. Managed to restrain myself from pointing out that it's ironic how our total trophy count matches the average amount of fingers per baggies fan.

Hotel Artemis is a really good watch. Didnt have a clue what it was about going in to be honest, but a good idea, well executed, a couple characters felt unnecessary and the ending could have been better (more preference for what other options couldve been available) but still a really enjoyable film all round. Incredibles 2 was a real let down i thought, came out feeling very meh about it. Mamma Mia incredible cringe but it is what it is. One of my workmates cried twice which was probably more entertaining than the film.

I'm getting married in Cyprus next week which means I wont be able to attend the game. Blockers was a surprisingly decent watch. It won't be a classic but there'll be far worse comedies to watch this year!

To be honest, if a video ref can see a dive back and sees it is as obvious and disgraceful as that I'd have no issue with a red being given. The second not yellow is a whole other disgrace and a ref totally bottling it. But sane has shown himself up as a total cheat again.

There's a post being shared on Facebook announcing the death of a guy I've sat by down the villa for years. Always carried a huge smile. Shocked doesn't cover it, he'll be genuinely missed by everyone around us. His son in law is trying to arrange a minutes applause in the 58th minute against Cardiff, really hope this can spread around, certain it will mean a lot to the family.
