    The badge that has been leaked is the club's intended choice without a doubt. They are due to announce the new crest in the next couple of weeks and there is no way that they would trademark a badge that they didn't intend to use and at the same time decide not to trademark their preferred design. There is only one badge trademarked and the drop shadow lion is it.

    This. He has the opportunity of a lifetime,working with one of the best coaches in world football. But with the attitude he's showing, Duran is more likely to have a career like Balotelli than his 'idol' Ibrahimovic.

    This is a big **** up waiting to happen. If fans successfully dispute that they were not properly consulted on the redesign then Heck will have to commission some new badge options and put them to the fans to vote on. This all takes time, which is quickly running out as the kits need to go into production. It reflects really poorly on Heck and won't go unnoticed with the owners.

    They do, but if you look at the other badges which have been trademarked, the vast majority are ones designs which went into production. It's not like the club are trademarking every crest they come up with at the design phase and abandoning them at examination stage. It's probable that this is the proposed version unfortunately. The club has an obligation to involve the fans in the process but Heck is trying to circumvent this. We should fight it on principle, to send a message to Heck that he can't continue to treat the fans with contempt.

    I really don't understand why the club doesn't just pick the best fan versions and then put thr vote out to supporters. It would save the club money and the fans would have some decent options to choose from.

    First the club backtracks on the north stand investment and then pushes an old badge on us to save money on updating things around the ground. I'm a bit surprised as I thought they were keen to put more money in but this suggests they may be starting to cut back on investment potentially?

    I feel that we missed an opportunity to go for something unique instead of playing it too safe with the boring shield or circle. Even worse to just pretty much copy the 2015 design. How much are we paying Heck again?!

    Bit of a weird one as the nature of his injury or time frame for return hasn't been discussed in press conferences or official site.

    He got clipped, but it wasn't as significant as his rolling around made you believe. If you look at the highlights he must have rolled about 500m! I think that is what made the ref's mind up. Bit of a soft pen but definitely not a dive.

    The press was right when they said Man Utd was back after they beat us.... Back to being an inconsistent basket case of a club.

    That 18/19 season was mad. How can you get 97 points and still not win the title?!

    We didn't lose because it was Man Utd or OT. We lost because key players were missing and we were suffering fatigue because we haven't been able to rotate. Without those 2 issues the result would have been different.

    We are missing our the best passers in Torres, Kamara and Tielemans and, with the other injuries, haven't been able to rotate the squad enough. It's no coincidence we haven't been as good the last few games, but I'm sure we will be better once some of the players return.

    Man Utd are going to try and do what they did last time, with rashford, garnacho and hojlund using their pace to exploit our high line. I think emery would be best setting us to play slightly deeper this game to mitigate this.

    While other players seem to keep improving, I feel like cash has hit his ceiling. This is as good as he gets and it isn't good enough for a place in the starting XI.

    Heck has totally missed a trick. The fan base is the most excited, engaged and unified it has been in years. The club should be looking to have more initiatives with them to really build the atmosphere at home, like Newcastle is doing. They would be up for doing so but heck is only up for grabbing a quick buck off them.

    I'd be shocked if Dougie was sold in January. I don't think Arsenal would pay the 80m+ needed for us to even consider it. Also we don't want to sell and Luiz is not likely to down tools to force a move. I think a new contract is more likely than a sale at the moment.

    Looks a bit shit. If this is the kind of thing heck is looking to do for any future branding then it probably isn't going to turn out much better then the current style. It's so plain, unimaginative and amateurish. They could have at least had a silhouette backdrop of the stadium/gaslight as a watermark... Just something to bring it to life and give it some identity. Can't wait to see the new badge .
