    Once it gets physical, I just leave 'em be, because it aint worth getting a kicking for someone else's stupidity. This, my mate got a smashed cheekbone many years ago trying to break up a fight.     Went to see the stone roses in belfast and the were amazing. Met Mani, Reni and John squire before the gig and then met them again at the after show party which happened to be in our hotel bar. It was so very cool

    Ooh might look into getting tickets for that myself. Fantastic venue for sound quality. I was going to say that, it's a great place. I'm flying over to Belfast tomorrow to see the Stone Roses for my mates 40th, he saw them at heaton park and said they were amazing.

    Buy a lettuce, Cherry tomato's, a cucumber, spring onions, a pepper maybe even a nice bit of beetroot add dressing of your choice and that should last you the week. Then each day change the main item (obvious choices are tuna, ham, cheese, salmon, chicken but could be whatever you fancy). Its just what you would do with a sandwich but replacing the bread with a nice healthy salad

    I could see Holt going to Sunderland TBH, he is from Carlisle and goes back a lot so would be a lot closer to home An element of 1+1=3 but can see it happening
