Is he after a yes man as you and others have stated or after someone who he can have a good and constructive working relationship. I think the last thing the club needs is some bombastic individual trying to call the shots then mouthing off to the press everytime he doesn't get what he wants. I have no issues with RM getting the job he comes across as an intelligent guy with a good knowledge of football. I appreciatte that he has had no major success as a player, but prior success as a player does not always mean the translates into success as a manager (see Arsene Wenger). Also this guy is 38 and has built a resonable reputation already, no real difference to David Moyes reputation when he first went to Everton.

Looks like liverpool doing a leeds (apart from the nearly going bankrupt bit.......oh wait) buying young players at vastly over priced (and possibly over rated) fees and wages risky but if they all reach there potential they could be a force again

As far as I am aware there is no compensation for Mark Hughes, it was a 1 year contract and he left at the end of that contract with I guess some form of 30 day notice thus the clause going up to the end of June/start of July.

31% win rate at Getafe, 28% at Spartak (which is **** shocking!) and 40% now at Mallorca (only played 5 games). He's no good at managing. Yes but only had 14 games at Spartak and 38 games at a getafe side which is not exactly a main stream spanish side but still managed to get to the final of the copa del ray and the q/f of the uefa cup. But you fail to mention he had a 57.58% win rate at brondby and won the double (I obviously got this information from Wiki as opposed to off the top of my head)

I would like to see Michael Laudrup take the job on, he has had some success in his short managerial career, plays attractive football and is a well respected name.

Agree totally on the make your own pizza base, so easy and so much tastier. tastes like a real pizza instead of a shop bought one and a lot cheaper. Pretty much all you need is strong bread flour and yeast which will last for the next pizza night as well

Use the estate agent, as they will know what the sellers mindset is. We viewed a load of houses when we were buying ours including the one we bought even though it was on at £350,000, £30,000 over our budget and when they asked what we thought we told them straight our budget was £320,000 they approached the buyer and deal done. In the end they don't always give a shit as long as they sell and move on to the next one. Possibly could have got more off but saved all the crap
