    This, I remember the late eighties and it is not fun. I can think of one situation where a club got relegated and came back up with a new lease of life and that is Newcastle. All of the rest have had either years in the lower divisions or yo yo relegation/promotions. I would prefer they got a manager who has some balls to play football not the negative 9 men behind the ball and hope that we can nick a goal crap mctwat plays.

    TBH I wouldn't be to concerned about the pay off's, it would be worth it. I feel that with some of squad we have he would get more out of them than the current clearing in the woods in charge. I also now am at the point of hating Mcleish and listening to the crap he spouts boils my piss

Also you could try Stephen Leather and the Dan Shepherd series about an ex SAS now doing undercover work for the police. Obviously both from the start

    That was always my opinion and I lived in Solihull until I was 32. Even now I live in Northumberland I always state I come from Solihull not Birmingham when asked
