You’ve seen all you need to see. Possibly more than you needed to see. It’s just more of the same for another eleventysix hours. It looked great and some of the set pieces were ok but the whole thing was lacking in so many aspects.

Kinda funny but I do wish Labour would try and push things back to politics being a serious thing rather than just scoring cheap points (although that’s probably an argument for the other thread).

I only ever went a couple of times but these guys (predominantly scouse) ruined it for me. All lagered up and looking for a ruck from the moments the gates opened.

It's well document that he has a stammer. I'm not saying that every instance can be attributed to this but for me, it goes a long way to justifying when he trips over his words and doesn't come across as clearly as he could. Having a speech impediment is no indicator of a lack of brain power.

Absolutely stunning. I must confess to being slightly underwhelmed by the first one but if you view it as a prologue it makes more sense. Just reading through the thread and see that @Designer1 had the same thoughts re Walken. Slightly jarring for me and didn’t really work. Other than that, it was really enjoyable and even at 2 and a bit hours, it flew by. By far the biggest disappointment was the lack of Dune 2 popcorn buckets.

Didn’t we have a nibble at him before he went to Palace and the feeling was he didn’t want to leave London. Also, I have a feeling he’s made of glass. When he’s on form though, he’s great. Not sure where he fits in our first team but he’s a great player.
