My Indian neighbours invited me around for nibbles last night and his wife did desi style pigs in blankets....I didn't even know it was possible......suffice to say I nearly jizzed my pants eating them !!! The best bit was they were covered in a light tempura batter...... Will see if my local Indian bbq pub fancies doing them !

I recently had a twitter exchange with an ollbeeyun fan, taking the mick out of a crap villa performance earlier in the season. I often wonder what the significance of the series of nine digits - three groups of three - that appear in the top right hand corner of my screen when i'm watching live footy.They are fairly faint but you cant remove them from your screen with the "back up" button on the remote like you can the red button icon that also appears. Those digits disappear and re appear frequently......i just wondered what they were for

The latest thing to annoy me regarding this waster is fans saying "ooh if Brucey can get him motivated or if Brucey can get him in shape etc"......seriously ?? It is down to the player himself to do all this ! Footballers are by and large the most pampered and fussed over athletes in the sporting world who apparently expect spoon feeding and arse wiping to be done by others and not themselves and if they miss a sitter or have a shocker of a game then it's cos they're "low on confidence, so stop picking on them !" I am sick of all the football apologists, many in the media who are too s--t scared to say what they really think for fear of being thrown from the football gravy train, ironically many of them being ex footballers typically from the 80s/90s who wouldnt tolerate such prima donna behaviour in their dressing room.

Breakfast radio presenters. Not the main presenter but his/her sidekick lackies who, for no good reason, make themselves out to be whacky/zany, making unfunny add ons to the main presenter's jokes after laughing sycophantically. They see themselves as part of a madcap breakfast possé or crew when in reality they're probably as interesting as an empty shoe box. Frank Skinner's Saturday show has them (absolute radio) as does the same station's weekday show with Christian O'Connell. You're not famous; you're not funny. Shut up with your inane drivel and play some decent music and DON'T talk over the track at the end !!!

Probably been mentioned before on here but I'll say it anyway . ......Halloween. I mean, what does it even celebrate/commemorate ?? I know Mexico has it's day of the dead, to remember those who have passed on but Halloween ? Purely commercial surely ? I am sick of all the Facebook pics of painted on skull faces and hollowed out pumpkins and I didn't even have my door knocked for trick or treat begging . Meh !!

I went with Czech work mate to Southampton for the europa lge match as he is a big sparta Prague fan. We stood in the away end. Whenever their no.26 touched the ball he got roundly booed and heckled by the sparta fans. My mate explained it wasn't cos he was crap, but because he was black ! A zimbabwean called Costa. True enough during the game I saw more than the occasional nazi salute in full view of the police who did f all. Plenty of skinheads there who you just knew were part of it....plenty of mullet haircuts too My mate was really embarrassed about it all and admitted it's standard behaviour at footy games in Czech Republic.

As for possibly putting Clarke in temp charge....hmm.......not so sure.
