    I buggered up the whole thing by moving to Canada. Currently trying to get some sort of post-punk thing together over here as I exclusively deal in genres with the "post-" prefix. If you do happen to like that kind of thing I'd highly recommend checking out Uranium Club as they're currently my most overplayed band: P.S.     Highly decorated at England youth level, sort after by Barca amongst others at the top of the European game, a few solid if uninspiring first team appearances under his belt to build on, seen as the future of the England midfield, deeply religious and uses that as a focus to drive his career. Anyway, enough about John Bostock circa 2008, what's going on with Carney?

    I never really buy the coach being too nice type arguments. Whenever a new manager comes into a club you hear about levels and fitness going up but I think that simply because everyone, be it players or staff get comfortable after a couple of years. Everyone has heard that coaches speel umpteen times and knows what will keep that coaching staff happy with their performance levels. I think this is the real reason most coaches last a couple of years in a job and unless Gerrard is the next Ferguson then the cycle will continue.

    To be fair, the man has made Ashley Westwood a more permanent fixture of the Premier League than our club has been in recent years. He's clearly a miracle worker.

    One thing that I think gets lost when people speak about Gerrard's success with Rangers is Celtic being an absolute clown car for the past few years. Remember the Dubai trip and all the Covid nonsense that went on with them? That was held up as symbol of how mismanaged they have been recently, a totem of them reaching peak "banter club" territory.
