  1. There's sections in the Upper Holte for £322 too, I sit in K1 for that price. Best of both worlds as most games you can just sit where you want anyway.
  2. Same. Jedinak should play against physical teams where they'll be playing long balls and Bjarnason against the more technical teams where a bit more pace is required.
  3. I'm pretty sure the first game of the season it had raisins in too. Not a problem for most I'm sure, but I can't stand raisins so was a waste of £3.50 or w/e they're charging nowadays. They should just pick a supplier/recipe and stick with it so you know what you're getting. Think I'll have a balti pie from now on.
  4. There's not a lot to whinge about at the moment, but the one thing that annoys me is the curry sauce. It seems to change every week, one week it's OK and the next it's some watered down Chinese curry sauce rubbish but yesterday it was terrible. Genuinely looked like a cat had thrown up on my chips...
  5. Well he was signed for the youth team (for a tiny fee) rather than first team, didn't play for the first team straight away that's why I said 'technically' a youth product. I'm aware he didn't come all the way through our ranks.
  6. 5 days until Gomorrah Season 3 is released on Sky Screen Daily
  7. I've just booked to go to Disneyland Paris with the family, it's the first Disney experience for my missus and both our boys so should be pretty exciting! Got a stag do in Berlin booked, a week in Centre Parcs and also planning to go somewhere for my 30th with some mates (hopefully Munich).
  8. Kodjia, no chance due to his age. Obviously not over the hill but there's not a massive number of years left in him so would affect his value as there's no resale value for the buying club. Chester, same again. Hourihane, yeah maybe. Davis, definitely worth more than we paid but is a bit different technically being a youth product. My point being that we have spaffed loads of cash on shite in comparison to Leeds' sparing approach which is yielding far better results in comparison.
  9. Yeah I'm not debating that, just I prefer their transfer policy to ours. The resale values of the majority of their signings will have increased, can we say the same for ours?
  10. My paternity leave finished today so wasn't in a great mood, then get a phone call to say I've been identified as a match for someone who requires a stem cell donation I registered about 5 years ago and genuinely never thought I'd ever be a match. Absolutely brilliant news and can't stop smiling/thinking about it.
  11. We're not that lucky, we'll be stuck with this lump for a while yet. Not even Sunderland are dumb enough to buy him, his problems are well publicised and we've got ourselves in a shit situation again where we've gave a player wages that no one else can afford (or are willing) to pay.
  12. For anyone that wants this and has a season ticket, they've added FM 2018 as a Pride Reward, use 1000 points to get a copy. Have no idea if this works out as a good deal but I don't know what else I would have used the points for...
  13. When he took a massive swing at the ball but caught their player in the lead up to our first goal... Hilarious! Good job he didn't catch him properly or he could well have took his leg off.
  14. Only got 15 minutes but looked good when he was on, looked forward for passes and tried to take a couple of players on. I would have brought him on for Onomah a bit earlier tbh.

    Berlin

That would be great, thanks. I'll message you! We've booked a hotel in Alexanderplatz as it seemed to be close to a lot of bars etc. We're getting there on Saturday morning and leaving Monday afternoon so got basically 2 full days to do stuff! As I say, other than the football match we've got nothing planned so far, would like to visit a Casino as the stag likes a bit of a gamble.

    Berlin

Has anyone been to Berlin recently? Just booked flights for a group of 11 for my mates stag do in April and looking at booking hotel/hostel/Airbnb tonight and wondered if anyone had any recommendations of areas to stay? The stag doesn't really drink and can't stand clubs etc so wouldn't have thought it will be particularly rowdy. Only plans we currently have is to watch a Hertha Berlin game. Anyone got any suggestions for things to do while we're there?
  18. Do you know if Eastbound and Down is available on any streaming services? I've looked in the usual places (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Sky Box Sets etc) but can't find it. Watch the first couple of seasons and loved it so would like to finish it off.
  19. Was going to try PES this year but reading the thread on here I think I'll go for FIFA again. Will pick it up on Friday.
  20. They seem to be pretty good at these 'cheap gambles' at the moment, i.e. Alioski for £2.3m and Saiz £3m. I wish some of ours worked out like they have so far.
  21. Agreed, whenever I hear 'Negatron' I skip forward a minute or so. I've tried The Lions Roar and The Villa View too which are pretty good. Basically I've got a lot of time in the gym I need to fill with something to take my mind off how much I hate exercise...
  22. My Old Man Said is pretty good. Used to listen to the Aston Villa Review too, shame they've packed it in as that was the best one.
  23. They've basically done a 'buy now pay later' kind of deal.
