  1. Season ticket renewal prices will be announced in the next couple of weeks and there have been rumours on Twitter of price rises. There is a fans meeting this week with Christian Purslow at which ticket prices will be discussed - what's the general feeling on pricing?
  2. Assuming everything goes well and we return to capacity crowds next season, what would be the likelihood, as a current season ticket holder, to add an additional seat? Would that not be possible as there are still waiting lists of people from pre Covid, and now demand will probably be bigger again, given the team are doing well and increased demand as people havent been able to go?
  3. No season tickets this season which most of us already guessed that would be the case https://www.avfc.co.uk/news/2020/september/Supporters-Update/?fbclid=IwAR3OeJ7XM6YjuYBsok2Rd1H5w-13tQQRzWRytYzv8tXxxqaKBnXXRjMHY5w
  4. So who's planning on renewing their season ticket this year? Is anyone planning on buying a season ticket for the first time this season? At the minute, i'm undecided but leaning towards no. I missed so many games last season that in the end, it probably wasn't worth it. Even though last season was our best season in a long time, I found myself not really enjoying it that much, wishing I was watching the games in a pub with friends quite a lot. Though, we were on TV a lot last season.
  5. I've been looking up loads of stuff today on https://what3words.com I reckon my seat is "fleet.cheek.gladiators" https://what3words.com/fleet.cheek.gladiators Where do you sit?
  6. So this season was the year where all hope was supposed to be restored in football. A new owner to inject life into the club, a new CEO who understands football, a manager with history of getting promoted, near enough a new squad of some of the best talent in this league and most importantly, a drop in quality in opposition making it easier to win games. It couldn't have really gone much worse really, could it? Instead of making me feel better about going to the Villa, it's pretty much destroyed all enthusiasm I have now. I'm sick to death of it and frankly, bored of the whole package of it, it's all taken it's toll on me now. Instead of going to the Ipswich game or following it on soccer Saturday I had a quick power sleep instead. Sleeping through the football was so much more enjoyable, and when I woke up and saw it was 1-0 to Ipswich I wasn't even remotely bothered and had a much better day for it. So I've decided I will NOT be renewing my season ticket next year, we're on TV enough as it is and I really don't think it's worth the effort anymore. Anyone else feeling they won't be renewing too?
  7. Simple really after the shambles of this season on and off the pitch are you renewing next season for our likely relegation?
  8. Can anyone advise which suites exactly season ticket holders can have a pre match pint in and the fees , the season ticket info states Access to matchday suites for pre and post-match food and drinks - the Holte Pub, the Holte Suite and The Centenary Suite in the North Stand (entrance fee applies) I have emailed the club on three separate occasions but they for whatever reason decline to email back , i am aware i can use the one in the indoor academy but have no idea about the others
  9. A heads up for all ST holders. This seasons ST pack was delivered this morning. Something for you all to look forward to rather than the usual bills!
  10. Iam in the probably camp in the minute. Not quite sure why - but whilst I would be devastated to see us go down - I am that bored and saddened by the state of the premiership - I would be more up for it - if we were starting next season in the championship - rather than scratching about for the odd win in another season of premier league struggles
  11. Voting now open https://ecustomeropinions.com/survey/survey.php?sid=781651483 You'd think option 1 be most popular
  12. Apologies if there is a topic like this already, but I just could not find it. Fell free to merge. Taking into account cost, view and atmosphere, where is the best place to sit at Villa Park. I plan on going to about 5 games this season and haven't been to the ground for a while. A good view of the players/pitch and the cost are a lot more important to me then atmosphere. Thanks for your help.
  13. I have moved to Sussex, and owing to the fact that my little one is not so little and my working hours being much more flexible I am very lucky to be in a position to buy an ST. However, going by train from me to Aston will take over 3 hrs each way - cost £100+ return at short notice (about £40 for a couple of weeks in advance). This makes getting too and from VP 19 times a year very difficult indeed for me!! I am hoping someone else on here happens to be living near me and travels up by car .... perhaps we could come to an arrangement re costs of travel etc. HALP!! Apologies mods if this is in the wrong place!!

  15. Am curious on the general vibe regarding season ticket renewal and Lamberks contract. Apologies if this didnt warrant a seperate thread.
