City had more attempts and better chances pre red card though? Obviously it's effectiveness isn't overrated if you are good enough to pull it off but only a couple teams in the whole world are First half was awful, It looked like City were having to work very hard in order to defend and create anything where as Barcelona were barely breaking a sweat.

After watching Barca and Bayern tonight im not having anyone in on topic try tell me a passing possession game is overrated. Never seen two games be so controlled. Red cards may have played a part but the movement is there for all to see.

Have you already booked it? Bit of a faff but if you book it separately via certain stations (on your trip I reckon maybe Banbury, Birmingham, Sheffield, York- not necessarily all of them!) it should be cheaper. It shouldn't be so difficult though and quite expectedly most people don't go to the trouble which is why fares stay so high. Not booked yet, waiting for another option to pop up and save me. I'll have a look, will have to work the route out and be prepared to change a lot. For an extra £10 you can fly BA London to Newcastle direct and it takes 1 hr 20. Just an option..

I dont even know why them journalists were there, from the start it was just who could get a dig in at each other. Cant remember who the host was now but he was awful. Some woman in the background shouting stuff 'I know who you are, I searched you on Wikipedia earlier.' As you said, car crash indeed. I just laughed if I took that seriously Id put my head through the TV.

Or he could have used our kids instead of buying all these League One players and spent the money on some more solid players to balance it out better.

So we have him and Grealish out on loan that can take players on, drive and get at the heart of a defence and we have NOBODY here who can do that? Get them back and stick them in.

Its worth about 2m a season I think. My point is that a lot of fans wouldn't be happy with selling the stadium name but I bet a lot might be a bit more at ease with it if it meant lowering tickets and giving the fans something back. Id sell the name regardless I dont really care but Id rather we give something back to the fans than to give it to a manager/owner who is likely to pocket the money or spend it on league 2 players.

Whatever we get probably won't improve the squad, the manager could easily spunk it up the wall. I don't trust anyone there to use it wisely. The only way I know it would go to good use is to make tickets/season tickets cheaper and pack the ground. If your looking long term it could work out better in terms of future fans/shirt sales etc.

Everything has a price and this is no different. With how things are going I don't care anymore. For £1bn you can rename everything and have us play in a rainbow kit.
