I'm feeling pretty confident about the Sunderland game to be honest. Think we'll win that comfortably.

Norwich, Stoke, Sunderland & Newcastle all winning. What a joke.

Hehe, i'm definitely at the acceptance stage Norwich just scored. Great. What a horrible day.

2v2 is excellent when you get an understanding with your buddy on how to play. You can score some awesome goals too cos more players are moved out of position. If you're playing with someone who's on a completely different wavelength to you then it's horrendous. I dislike pro club, find it a bit boring as you only control 1 player.
  5. Well, finished the 1st series of House Of Cards, fantastic series! Best I've seen in ages! I read the budget for the 1st series was $60,000,000. Must have gone on Kevin Spacey 'cos it hardly comes across as a high budget series.

    Cannabis

Hmm... From the ages of 13-17 me and a group of other people used to smoke a fair amount of pot. Every day. At the age of 18(ish), I and a few of my friends stopped, and a few carried on. The ones who stopped generally moved on and are doing much more with their lives (job, happiness, socialising etc), and the ones who didn't stop are still smoking every day, they are doing very little (even though some had HUGE potential), are mostly unhappy and generally spend a lot of time on their own really just getting high and doing little else. Even on the rare occasion when they come to the pub, they always get high beforehand. And we're all 25 now. From my experience, cannabis is a pretty nasty drug. Obviously, it could all just be coincidental that those who stopped moved on, and those who kept on smoking didnt really change at all. But, that's too much of a coincidence for me. I'd like it to remain illegal. It obviously comes down to how you use and abuse it, if you just smoke a little every now and again then it's no real problem. Though, I think it's very easy to get in the habit of smoking it multiple times throughout the day though. More so than alcohol.
  7. No was at the 6pm. You must have kissed someone else. Jealous haha, can't say you weren't warned that the spoiler would contain spoilers!
  8. I also saw this at the Electric yesterday and thought it was fantastic. Both the cinema and The Place Beyond the Pines. Gosling is awesome. Drinking whiskey whilst watching a film is ace! Only problem I had was that Gosling always had a fag in his mouth, really made we want to smoke!!!

    FIFA 14

Hopefully they're doing something new with it for next-gen. Doubt it though. All I really want from Fifa is ranked 2v2 mode!!! Really can't understand why they havent included it. It seems stupid that you and your friend cant play together on the same team against two others in a ranked mode. There must be a huge demand for it. Or even like Be A Pro but two people can control "all".
  10. Ooooh I don't think I will be too far away
  11. Definitely going to this one. Could be our last ever Premier League game
  12. I'm still not so sure about Sunderland's survival campaign just yet. They are playing better for sure under PDC. But last Sunday was a derby where any kind of result can happen, and Newcastle looked jaded to say the least. And to be fair, Newcastle should have scored a few too. Cisse missed 2 sitters and they had a goal disallowed.
  13. Well things will be easier for him in the Championship
  14. It could go either way. But I think it's more likely that they will just drop like a sack of shit. The thing is, where does Moyes go from here? Cant see him at any of the "big" clubs, maybe Germany?
  15. I like Lowton but don't think we will be selling him. He will get a payrise & contract extension with Westwood, Weimann and Benteke (if we stay up)
  16. Yet in the thread about Korea you said "It would make great TV if the US either just bomb the **** or go in on a ground offensive. I would like to see this happen."
  17. So, got the new Yeah Yeah Yeah's album to listen too... But I can't, because I can't stop listening to this.... Another VT recommendation! I have to say, becoming familiar with all of Nick Cave's albums has been a true delight. Nearly as amazing as when I discovered The Smiths. So far I've gone from...... Push The Sky Away > Murder Ballads > The Boatman's Call I love each of the above albums for very different reasons, and I have no idea what album I'm going to get into next, and I have no idea what type of album it's going to be. It's awesome. I don't know if anyone knows this, but Nick Cave wrote most of the tracks on The Boatman's Call (including Into My Arms which is genius) about PJ Harvey. Who is another of my favourite artists. Loving it.
  18. I too was a little confused to begin with, I know nothing of UK politics, so i'm pretty much useless when it comes to American politics. But if you stick with it, it all starts to make sense, even I can understand it
  19. I have PieFace loved it, Spacey is the man it. It's kind of strange the way it is narrated as Spacey tends to break the fourth wall from time to time to explain what he's thinking but it's very good. Yeah it's fantastic! Can't believe it's gone under the radar so much! I watched 5 episodes of it last night and i'm pretty hooked. Kevin Spacey's character is awesome! So devious!
  20. He was probably the best player we had that night and was only player still running when it looked sown and out at 4-2 on aggregate. Cant blame Ireland the manager lost the plot that night It's weird really the treatment he gets. Yeah I think this too. You always get the same people coming on and saying he's "lazy" etc when quite clearly he's not. I don't think he's the saviour by any means but it's weird how he's been frozen out. Must be a personality thing, i dunno, but I know he works hard in training all the time. Would like to hear from Gazton on the matter really.
  21. Gabby can save our season. We need him.

What? We have a great record at Wigan. They have a great record at VP. In fact, we haven't lost at Wigan since 2006. I'd love to know what history you read mate. Surely referring to Old Trafford?
