Jerome is really shit. He really doesn't read the game well at all. You'd think he'd be bursting down the channels every time Stoke go to clear it to give them an "out" ball. But he just stands there.

I actually feel a little nervous watching this. I'm gunna be a complete wreck on the last day of the season.

We need to keep as many teams below us as possible. In any other situation i'd want Stoke to lose but.... I don't see them going down this year.

Wanted to have a rant somewhere but weren't sure where so gunna do it here.... I'm looking into doing a degree at the Open University. Then I looked at the prices. The 3 year degree costs £15,300. However, If I lived in Scotland, Wales or Ireland it would cost £8,500. Why? Just because I live in England I have to pay pretty much double everyone else? Even more depressing is to see that before Cameron and co came in it was £1500 a year! Why didn't I do it then?!? So annoying.

This season is very much like Houllier's season, it was so tight at the bottom of the table all season. We finished the season playing Arsenal away and Liverpool at home. And we won them both to finish 9th. Wouldn't it be nice to do that again and win the two final games and finish 9th. Unlikely? Yes. But possible.

Just remembered a whole pub of Norwich fans singing to us... "You're going down with the Wigan"... First of all, "The Wigan?" hahaha... Secondly... they obviously forgot that two teams have already gone down. Was a funny moment. Took them a few seconds to realise that what they were singing was really really stupid.

Yeah, it's amazing to think that Matt Lowton would have probably been playing in that Sheffield UTD team had we not signed him. The quality was pretty terrible, he must have stood out quite a lot in that team. It does make you wonder what other decent players are playing in the lower leagues who just havent been given a chance.

Okay, your spelling out of things still doesn't change my mind at all. There's absolutely no proof that Downing was touted to 3 clubs. Unless you can provide some? What is fact is that Downing handed in a transfer request. Which to me, indicates that the club didn't want to sell him, but he wanted to go. Otherwise, why the need to hand in transfer request? And like Downing, Young, Barry and Milner... I don't expect the club will want to sell Benteke. They will want to sell Given, Bent, Ireland, Hutton etc etc...

Come on mate-Wake up & smell the coffee.Why do you think MON left & then successfully sued the club for constructive dismissal? Eh? I don't think the club particularly wanted to get rid of any of the good players, the players wanted to leave because "bigger" clubs came in for them. I don't think Faulkner is going to come out and say "Downing handed in a transfer request" when he didn't, would he? And MON didn't win. It was settled outside of court. I don't see what that has to do with Downing wanting to leave anyway.

Downing was not forced out. He wanted to leave. It's pretty obvious he wanted to leave. Same with Barry, same with Milner, same with Young. Hence handing in a transfer request and having his photo taken with Carroll. Plus, if Downing actually wanted to stay but was forced out i'm sure he would have told the press that to prevent abuse from Villa fans. He wanted to go, that much is completely obvious. I really hope Benteke doesn't force a move. 1 more season then he can go where he wants. I really hope he doesnt end up at Liverpool or Spurs, he's better than that.

You just can't tell though. Everyone is taking points of everyone this season, it wouldnt' surprise me if Wigan lose to Swansea but beat Arsenal.

I'm still not feeling comfortable til we're mathematically safe. This season has just been mad. Who knows what could happen.
