Every single Blooser who rings the WM phone-in claims they have a top 6, if not top half at least squad. As long as you've "watched and bit, played a bit" you know your football.
Mate.
I remember this show, the first couple of seasons, with real "bad lads" was brilliant. A fair few would drop out, just couldn't hack it. But some would turn themselves around (on camera at least). This was back when reality TV wasn't half bad.
My 14yr old son is of the same attitude that Follyfoot describes. The thought of having to work or just even save pocket for weeks/months to be able to buy something he wants just doesn't compute.
I grew up in the 80's and only receiving £1/week pocket money meant I had to piggy bank that money for months and months until I could afford a second hand disc drive for my Commodore 64.
Edit. not sure what its got to do with racism though.
I think it was Glenroy last night or the night before that said "we need a young and hungry manager with a bit of fight and desire". 30 seconds later says "we need an old experienced head to steady the ship".
Make your mind up you gibbering buffoon.
I had an offer accepted last August, took till December to get the mortgage offer formally to the solicitor. Only then did I instruct searches and a home buyer report. The risk of kicking everything off at once and possibly losing cash wasn't a path I wanted to go down. So it could of looked like I was stalling to the rest of the chain.
I've cherry picked all the good stuff off Starzplay using "non-traditional" methods of obtaining media. Doom Patrol, Mr Mercedes, Castle Rock, Counterpoint, Pennyworth, Godfather of Harlem.
Found all those shows quite good.
Just started The Godfather of Harlem staring Forrest Whitaker. 2 episodes in and its great. Loads of good actors faces I've seen before and plenty violence. Fully recommended 8/10 WB.
BBC cost cutting I think was the reason for Reago leaving WM. Franksey has cut his hours back and only does Friday night phone ins. I imagine Henry Liston's wages are half of the folk he's replaced.
I remember going in The Last Word a few times on a Friday evening. The ex used to work in Tricorn house over the road and as mentioned earlier there was a big after work social scene back then. Happy days.
Is it just me or does the Crime Boss's daughter look like a "he"?
Agree with everything said about the son, he was a right little fanny. I'd of thrown him straight under the bus if I was his dad.
