Yes! Being on this site for close to nearly 20 years now (wow, where did the time go) I too have random moments where I think about/remember certain posters and a 'where are they now' on occasions. I suppose many of us could fire up a quick list of names of 'posters' that pop into our heads. This! I've swayed towards the reduced sugar content of products over the last couple of years. E.g - Anything by Heinz etc. I always look for the reduced sugar/salt options. See also zero sugar drinks too. My daughter thought I was an absolute nightmare going down this route to begin with, but she slowly realised who was boss. It was either reduced sugar options or go hungry. She will thank me in years to come hopefully.

Disappointment!!??? Not sure how anyone can be disappointed with anything Villa at the moment. It's also obviously being lost on some the amount of games we have already played this season (in such a short space of time) with not much rotation happening in that time. The players need to stay in 1st gear in some of these games or we risk our best XI risking burn out by Christmas. Hell, I predicted 6-0 but I'm not too bothered we only managed 3 - even if it was only Luton. Also, Sitting 5th in the League and 4pts off 1st place. We're joint top in our group in UECL.
