Stepped up his game for the national team definitely. Played some excellent defense splitting passes. Tired around the 70 minute mark. Still not sure if he has a future with us though.

Japan v Australia will be a massive game for both countries. Australia needs at least a draw to maintain hope of qualification, while a draw will be enough for Japan to seal their place at Rio. Japan has got poor form coming into this game losing to Jordan and Bulgaria but I'm sure they will go all out against us to prove a point.

One of his best attributes is his work-rate but his touch and passing can too often let him down. Just not good enough to warrant a starting position at the moment. I'll be very surprised if he's still with us at the end of this transfer window. He's got one eye on Rio-2014, so he want's consistent first team football.
