  1. No discernable tactics from us. Front 4s movement is non existent
  2. We're playing Norwich, Watford and Burnley in our next 3 games. None, including us, would look out of place in the Championship
  3. Reminds me of February last year. String of poor results everyone was saying our season was over and Smith was done. He turned it around, put together one of our best runs in recent history and got us bloddy promoted. I think he'll get it right. He needs the backing of the board and the fans but now is not the time to panic.
  4. Think we should have respected the tie and put out a stronger team.
  5. Happy Birthday. Yes, we were shit but a win in this competition is very welcome. Colchester next!
  6. Some of the comments here are ridiculous. We're talking about a 22 year olds first season in England. He has 4 goals and an assist despite struggling to adapt. Yes, he's been poor but Strikers are ultimately judged by goals and his return is acceptable at this stage.
  7. Must have watched a different game to most on here. I thought we were decent, fully deserved the point and could well of won it, Wesley should have put away a great cross from Jack. Jack probably will be disgusted with himself for his miss in the 2nd half. Some missed placed passes and poor defending at keys times let us down. Jack, Jota, Marvelous, Luiz, El Ghazi, Gulibert all guilty along with a few more. Don't like West Ham, never did, and even more so since the smut bros bought them. But I have to admit they have a very tidy side. Some excellent footballers in there. Lanzinni is some player. Will agree that our subs didn't work. Replacing Jota just before the red card was unfortunate. Waited too long for the other 2 changes. Think the win might have been there for us. That been said I'm happy with the point against what to me looks like a very good side. By the way VP was rocking. What an atmosphere. It's night like Monday that makes me feel the last few years might have been worth it... Just
  8. Bournemouth are a very good side. Some really smart signings this year which has been there weakness up to now. Was hoping we'd bid for Philip Billing, amazed he went so cheaply. Kelly also looked to have bags of potential at Bristol. That being said, I fancy us today. Hoping for a big contribution from our Brazilians. Like many I'm surprised to see Taylor and Elmo start, hopefully they prove the manager right. UTV
  9. Can't wait to see him go this season. Finally back to full fitness, surrounded by better players. Could really go out and tear up a few premier league defences when he's get his chance. UTV
  10. Great signing if it happens. Not sure why so many fans on here underestimate him. Been a while since we had a reliable keeper who can organise our defence. Huge upgrade on what we have
  11. Hopefully more like Kante than NRC, unless you remember a different NRC
  12. He was put back in when they were close to the relegation zone. They immediately went unbeaten run, close to a club record. Pretty much like Grealish here. He was also recalled to the England squad
  13. He kept them up last season. Look at their points won with him vs without him. It's Grealish levels
  14. Philip Billing would be a great signing for us. Won't cost the world, was excellent last season and is only 23. We need someone who can operate as a DM. I saw him play for Huddersfield a few times and while I'm no scout I thought he looked like a player destined for the top of the game. Got players player and young player awards
  15. Looks like Leeds have agreed to sell Pontus Jansson for £5.5million. At that price I hope it's us https://throughitalltogether.sbnation.com/
  16. Have to say loans worked out very very well for Everton. Gomes and Zouma in the bag after excellent loan spells. No transfer agreements in eitheroan. Gomes told Barca he wouldn't sign for any other club. It's incredible that they got him for 20m
  17. Looks like a great prospect. I have no issue with signing loan players. If we could insert an option to buy in the deal it would be brilliant.
  18. Interesting, he's definitely Leeds most improved player. Biesla played him as a DCM and he was pretty much the fulcrum of their team. Breakout season at 23 years of age. One for a few folks on here to take note of when it comes to writing off academy players! Was impressive against us and sems like a really decent guy too. Could potentially be a great signing but not without risk
  19. Best of luck to him. Good guy. Has proven himself at championship level and the deal is good for him and us at this stage. I always wish our academy players well regardless of what club they end up at.
  20. Still potential there. Should be offered a new contract
  21. His goal today could drag Derby into reaching distance.
  22. Aston Villa and Congo midfielder Aaron Tshibola, 24, is wanted by several clubs in Italy's Serie A. Tshibola has been on loan at Kilmarnock this season. https://www.birminghammail.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/aston-villa-midfielder-linked-surprise-15666215
