How To Make Authentic Guacamole Although this maniac uses lemon even though he concedes that lime is more traditional. When I was in Mexico I never even saw a lemon and the Spanish word for it meant lime there.

Agreed, avocados need at least a generous amount of salt to be tasty. No garlic. Mashed with olive oil, salt, lime juice, and coriander. Fold in diced red onion and cherry tomatoes.

There's a middle ground - the Richmond style, just about the hitting the 42%-or-whatever minimum to be labelled as a "pork sausage" are pretty rough, while on the other hand the 95%ers are just too meaty. 70-80% pork content is about the sweet spot.

Lose against Leeds and he should be gone, regardless of the last 2 results. We can’t be waiting to hit another 3-5 game winless patch. I’d be comfortable with him being sacked on the back of that draw and win if the right replacement has been lined up. Screw what anyone else thinks. The sacking of Nigel Adkins by Southampton after a 2-2 draw against Chelsea and unbeaten in five was one of the most controversial of recent times in order to bring in no other than Poch, and look how that turned out.

Watched it yesterday as well, very enjoyable. Also watched Lady Bird, also very enjoyable. Hardly ever get round to watching movies let alone two in one day! Unintentionally both had a common theme of moms being pretty awful to their daughters. Also saw a polish Tv series on Netflix with the same recently. Is this a usual occurrence?

I had 3 full Irish breakfasts in a row (consecutive days, I'm not that greedy) when in NI for a wedding and I didn't see a single chip. The carbs are so abundant, why would you want more? Hash browns, toast/fried bread, potato farls, soda farls. The place where we stayed put all of them on the plate. Unfortunately, some fussy eaters seemed to have started trying to ruin these as well - I had to ask for the white pudding as an (free) extra.
