Amazing, absolutely amazing! How dumb and desperate are these people. I can't believe it. Ha! Yeah I definitely know someone like him. He even looks abit like Karl too! I enjoyed the first series. Looking forward to the new series, saw an advert for it yesterday, wasn't paying much attention but from what I remember he had to stay on a desert island overnight. I agree that some bits will obviously be scripted and he'll also obviously act dumber in parts but I do think alot of it is actually Karl being Karl. Gervais used to tell stories about his dopey mate called Karl years before he ever put him on tv.

A chicken royale meal from Burger King or a chicken fillet burger meal from KFC would go down a treat.

Fair enough, I just wondered thats all. @hogso, yeah I know what you mean about the platinum for 100% as you can get the platinum trophy on Red Dead Redemption after 50 odd % I haven't platinumed any of my games but I've got 5 or 6 that I only need to unlock a couple of trophies on. It's just putting the time in to get them that's the problem.

Hmm, it's possible but I can't see that happening to be honest. But surely they can't just keep pumping out the same chain of games which they've been doing for years now. People WILL get bored. They're becoming very similar now, just different map packs/guns. The latest (MW3) looks the same as MW2. I think the IW team that left Activision/IW will have a new game on the horizon for the next gen jump which will be the COD killer. That team probably has more motivation than anyone else to do it too. Don't get me wrong, I understand what you're saying but I just can't see the COD series coming to an end. It's too popular. People will still buy it regardless of similarities to previous releases and COD know this. Yes this is wrong but they are obviously not bothering to make drastic changes as of yet. I do agree with the second part though about the team that left the company and them making a game to rival COD. Time will tell I suppose.

Question... When you lot say that you have completed/finished a game do you mean with 100% trophies/achievements ie you've platinumed it? Or do you mean you've finished the story mode? Personally I wouldn't say that I had finished a game until I had unlocked 100% trophies.

Also, I've heard that there are going to be two types of team deathmatch on MW3. The standard one plus a new one where you have to collect the dog tags from the player that you kill. If you get killed while you are taking the dog tags then the kill that you just got doesn't count. Something like that anyway.

I can't wait. After hitting prestige 12 times I'm bored with Black Ops. I stopped playing it for a few months aswell because I was fed up with it. The only reason I started playing it again was to see what the new maps were like. I don't remember ever getting bored with MW2.

Decent signing for the price that we paid. He likes to get forward alot and he's got a decent crossing ability. I think that he's a better all round player than Luke Young.

Back to his best? Hmm, abit too soon to say that BUT compared to last season he's like a new player! Seems to have slimmed down aswell. Considering the lack of investment into the team this summer it was vital that him and Collins stepped it up and thankfully so far they have!

Ha ha I know. Who does that Schaub (sp?) think he is! Glad he lost. Anderson Silva never fails to impress me. I love watching him fight. Great finish from Shogun, didn't expect that fight to finish like that! Pearson probably would have got the decision if it wasn't in Brazil against a Brazilian. For what it's worth (not much) I had it 29-28 to Pearson.

He needs to keep away from taking corners! Plus, it's all well and good him getting forward more but he hasn't got a clue what to do with it once he's found himself in a decent position. He could have played Bent through a couple of times today, he also could have played Gabby & N'Zogbia down the wing a few times aswell but instead he either tried a weak shot or played a negative pass. He does my head in! He played better than Delph though!

I wouldn't say Clark was ready for a full season in the Premier League either to be honest! As for Warnock, a few sloppy moments as always but he's doing ok.

Very frustrating!!! Never really looked like conceding which was good. I thought Herd played very well. Dunne had a decent game aswell. I thought Delph was shit overall. He was too sloppy for my liking today! Petrov does my head in. He was getting into some decent forward positions but then it's like he hasn't got a clue what to do with it so instead of trying to put Bent through or play Gabby or N'Zogbia in down the wing he'll either play a backwards or square pass or scuff shots wide. I really don't see what positive Heskey has on being in the starting line up in this formation!?! I'd rather see Albrighton, Bannan or Ireland there. The substitutions came too late in the game. N'Zogbia should have stayed on and it should have been Heskey to come off instead. The attendance was a joke aswell. I didn't want McLeish but I've dealt with it and accepted it. Get behind the team for **** sake! It's embarrassing to see Villa Park that empty for a league game regardless of kick off time, tv coverage, support for the manager etc!

Obviously I'm delighted with the win but how poor are Blackburn!?! They'll be in real trouble this season again. Great goal from Gabby. I'm actually still in shock after seeing Petrov play numerous 20+ yard forward passes! I thought Collins was superb. Delph played well too. Much tougher game next week Vs Wolves though.

I don't think Heskey should play but if Samba is back then I think Heskey will almost certainly play. To be honest I don't really care how well we play as long as we get the three points then it will send me home happy. The points are much more important than a great performance under the circumstances! I really don't think that it will be as comfortable as some of you lot seem to think so I'm going to say Villa win 2-1.

For everyone's sake I really hope we win. If we are playing crap people will start getting restless. If we go behind then I can see what sort of chant would be coming from some fans. Getting on his back in his first home game in charge isn't going to do anyone any favours! You just know that there will be some that will be ready and waiting to give him stick though. That's just the way it is unfortunately.

I also went to watch The Inbetweeners film. I thought that it was VERY funny, just as I expected it to be.

He's better than Downing. Don't forget he's had NO pre season except for a 60 minute run out in Portugal where he scored! I thought he started very brightly against Fulham, he'll just need abit more time to catch up fitness wise. When he's fully fit though I have no doubt that he'll be quality for us. I just hope that the others eg Albrighton are ready to step up properly because we can't be over reliant on N'Zogbia assisting for Bent every single game!
