Far too much responsibility is passed on to Aly and Hutton.They are our only source of width in the team, and they are expected to get the ball wide, beat a player and put a cross over, that is not their game.They both make good runs, but Cleverley, Joe Cole and Gabby did nothing yday, that is our problem.

Would be ahead of Westwood and Cleverley for me, and unless he signs a new contract, Delph as well. Sanchez is the key player, its about fitting players around him, a combination of Sanchez and Bacuna , i think is a solid CM pairing.

You need a balance in midfield though lp, and for me Sanchez is the 1st name on the sheet, so its about playing/buying players to fit in around him.For me Sanchez is better playing deeper, so we need at least one attacking midfielder, a la Merse, and a more versatile,mobile, physical player alongside him.Not sure Westwood is any more than a stand in for Sanchez tbh.

Hes better than Rodriguez imho, her went to Soton for £7m, and now hes being touted as a £20m player. We are a bigger attraction than you suggest, CB will attract players, and , i know i know, we are potentially massive. The reason why i would offer big wages is because he is on a free in the summer, and you need to pay more to get him, but he is still young enough to be ambitious.Like CB and Okores, we can dangle the carrot of 1st team football , and the promise that if he does fulfil his potential, then he can move on with our thanks. I don't think we will get him, but i think he is the kind of player we should be looking to sign.

i'll say it again, whatever Darren Bent is on, i would offer Danny Ings, and i would pay Burnley up to £10m for him.The kid is going to be a top top player.

They say you always become a better player when you are not playing. Without trying to fall into this Westwood good or bad game we constantly play on VT, i am struggling to think of one goal he has created, apart from free kicks and corners in the last 2 years. Now you can take that as a criticism of him if you like, but like many posters on here, i am struggling to see how he will improve the team.Joe Cole yes, not sure about Westwood.

Don't disagree with that Steve, but i'm struggling to think of anything positive Gabby Weimann or Cleverley did, and these are all internationals. The movement and touch was terrible.

Really Steve? At least he looked forward, turned forward, committed players, stretched the game, made space for other players, looked comfortable on the ball.Hes not ready yet, but a 19 year old who shows enthusiasm against 2 poor excuses for Premier Lge players, who hide and do nothing in a game, i know who i prefer.

What about Gabby and Weimann? Looked a lot better when Cole and Jack came on, at least we made a bit of space and moved off the ball a bit more.CB is looking poor because the players around him are very poor.Its simple, you want the best out of CB you get better players around him.Yes he missed a good chance today, but he is the only one who looks like scoring. A lovely lay off to Bacuna at the end as well.
