how to beat the bookmaker

why do betting sites ban people from betting on them?

You may well be very well versed in choosing horses, but surely if you're risking your own money then they cannot say "nah, you win too much" can they?

They do the same in Vegas, Casino's/Bookmakers don't like you winning :-)

But surely they can't do that?

Isn't it part of the game, sometimes you win, sometimes you lose?

If they set the odds, then it's their fault surely?

I dont get it! It should be illegal to stop people from playing a game, regardless of whether they're good at it.

Derren Brown apparently gets kicked out of casino's because he counts cards, which isn't illegal. But obviously Casinos don't like you working out the game.

CV - What are your thoughts for the Betfair Chase tomorrow?

I've been reading the discussion on here: http://www.olbg.com/forum/topic6_48556_12.html

and Long Run e/w @ 12/1 with Silviniaco Conti to win @ 5/2 looks worth a punt.

I've backed Long Run @ 16.0 & Tidal Bay @ 12.0 antepost for this. Think both will be fit and are over priced. But not having a big play in the race tbh

Roi Du Mee might be a nice e/w bet though, could be a big price

On second look this is a possibly tricky day so not going mad on the stakes.

Haydock

13:20 - Fago £40 @ 11/4 - NAP

Ascot

13:00 - Beat That £20 @ 6/4

Well done! Fago won by 9 lengths!

Also topped up another £10 on Brinestine in the last at Ascot @ 4/1 - So £25 @ 4/1 on him now

Really tempted to jump on your bandwagon and have a punt on this horse but noticed he's 5lbs heavier than last time he won and alot of people are tipping dunraven storm at 4/1

So tempted but i can't congrats if you win though i hope you do :D

CV is on fire today.

The only one of his 9 choices that didn't come anywhere so far - Greywell Boy - is the one I decided to put some real money on.

Typical. £10 down.

Up and Go and the double he suggested..... but yes hes killing it (as are some of us from his advices)

Ah well, Dunraven won that well. Good shout on him Snowy. Think that Ascot race from earlier in the month is worth following the runners.

+£217 for the day. I'll take that especially as today and yesterday didn't look like the best betting days in all honesty

Week 1 +£247.50

Week 2 so far +£237.50

Total for past 10 days +£485

Lets hope for a good weekend, looks like a few picks are in the 5/1 and above range tomorrow
