Con
two world class goals in the Real Madrid - Schalke game Bale https://vine.co/v/MKZPUm9dIOB Huntelaar https://vine.co/v/MKmntUiJnjP
Pelle
I feel for Huntelaar. Score such a great goal and it means absolutely nothing. That kind of goal should be celebrated with a run over the whole pitch in front of the Madrid fans a la Adebayor, but being 6-0 down puts a slight damper on it, I guess. Voinjama
I've said it before and I will say it again. Bale is better now, then Giggs ever was. Best Welsh player of all time even at only 25.
The_Rev
Juventus fans said that John Charles was better than Michel Platini, so I'd be steady there mate.

The_Rev
http://youtu.be/OkppNDchbLE How about when he was a 17 year old free kick specialist for Southampton? Edited March 6, 2014 by The_Rev
The_Rev
(the video of this one is so bad it's hilarious) He scored an absolute pelter against Norwich too when he was at Southampton. I can only find it on YouTube buried in compilations.
Con
He's changed his free kick style to the Ronaldo type since then.
Guest av1
I still remember when spuds couldn't win a game when Bale was playing. Those were the days. And if memory serves, during that difficult start to his spuds career there were many spuds fans of the opinion that they had overpaid for him. Was it something like £6/7m? To be honest I thought Madrid overpaid in the summer but in the fullness of time I'm sure that will seem as silly as the spuds fans questioning the £7m price tag. Looking every inch the galactico.
