The Vatican has declared it so, because Catholicism specialises in using the Bible and legislating things as it becomes increasingly irrelevant. Popular Post Rugeley Villa
The wife took a call from a Buddhist monk today. There is a Buddhist temple about 20 mins out of town in the countryside. I've always been intrigued about the place when driving past, so thought I'd read up about it on the net. Turns out you can go there and do all kinds of things to help you find inner peace. We emailed them last week and I explained that I have many years of history regarding alcohol and drug abuse. They rang today and said they would be more than welcome to help and to come along. Me and the wife are going next week, so watch this space

You might want to Google "Ma Ba Tha" or "Ashin Wirathu" before you give them all your possessions. All religions have extremists. They all prey on people who think that they are "broken" and offer to "fix" them. Especially the rich westerners.

Just thought it might help with one or two things. If it's not for me I won't go again.
chrisp65
If it any time you have to remove your underpants, send ten dollars or touch the screen, bail out. Other than that, if it works for you, then it works.

Withnail
So my wife was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer a while ago. It has since metastasizes to pretty much everywhere. We both think religion is a load of old bollocks. She has gone to many retreats focusing on meditation and mindfulness at the Buddhist place up the road. It has helped her tremendously with the upcoming conclusion. I have adopted a more liquid answer. Maybe I should go as well. Who knows. If it works for you.

Rugeley Villa
Just been looking through one of my sons school books that he writes in. There was a bit about Jesus dying on the cross that he'd written. I've just asked him about jesus and he's just told me a bit about him and how they watch films about him.
