walesavfc
Never a yellow let alone a red i dont want any1 of these nations to win tbh, if i had to pick one even though i lived in wales and because i seen the anti English shite regular i want the French to win a little more than the welsh
villaajax
A French referee in this match? Interesting yet not surprising considering the referring choices this tournament.
CrackpotForeigner
I just cannot believe that a ref can be such a cheating, self-serving, egotistical prick as to send off someone for a marginal decision in a WC semi-final.

LondonLax
It was a dangerous tackle and worth a yellow card. Perhaps it looked worse from the ref's angle and so he gave a red. Some of the outrage is a bit over the top IMO.

Lombardo
He lived in Ireland all his life and played for us. Yes his Dad is French, but what does that matter?
villaajax
Well he's always been a dodgy referee anyway.
LondonLax
The Welsh scrum and lineout has been poor.
JB
Fair play, my mate who's quite high up in reffing, and a very passionate Welshman, says that he has no complaints about the red card. Said he would most certainly have been calling for it if it had been the other way round. It's a very bad decision and although I don't agree with it, I can understand the ref's thinking. Before living here I would have backed the Welsh. But now I want the French to hammer them. This sending off is a bloody nightmare. I said before the game, I don't mind the result too much, as long as it's clear cut and the Welsh don't have some excuse to bang on about for years, about how hard done by they were. Although if the thought Roland was going to be so bias, maybe they should have put in a complaint before the match.

Backing Wales for the first time ever though today... But then again I won't be too gutted if they lose .
CI
Very poor from Wales, completely bottled it / froze on the big stage
heffoman
Two poor enough teams today. Can't see France winning the final.
LondonLax
You do realise they were playing with 14 men don't you? I thought it was a pretty good effort.
CI
Just seen the Red, harsh. France, good defence could grind it out next week, but cant see it
RunRickyRun
Wales didn't take all their chances but I'd hardly call it bottling. Only conceding 3 points a man down in the 2nd half is testament to the level of their performance.
