Keyblade
Sounds like a good time. No really, in the car with other people I'd much rather listen to something like that than Ulver as much as I love them. Can't really sing along to a meticulous 9 minute instrumental. Love, loath, or tolerate him, Dylan is a bona fide music great. 6 hours ago, mjmooney said: I thought I'd let somebody else say it. you could say he's This years Dylan , Mike

It's very much the hard work of a 10 minute sound scape in my car. Preferably whilst cruising over the Westway in the dark looking at all the pretty lights and pretending I'm in the sequel to Drive. But yeah, wife's car is a bit more Elton John's greatest hits. I find myself saying 'yeah, this one is ok actually......yeah and this one......yeah and I do actually like this one....'

I'm so aware that this is 'being old'.

Xann
FM is better quality than much of the DAB output.
villa4europe
Especially now kisstory has gone national And they're doing tests on new national stations, there's no DJ or adverts, it's brilliant, from what I can remember from radio x's test it lasts about 2 weeks

Keyblade
I miss the days where I used to record songs from the radio on my cassette deck. Used to have some pretty nice mixtapes .

chrisp65
For all the crimes of Savile, it was talking over the last 45 seconds of every song I was trying to tape that I can never forgive him for.
Popular Post mjmooney Posted February 26, 2016 VT Supporter Popular Post Share Posted February 26, 2016 If John Peel accidentally spoke over the opening seconds of a record, he used to apologise and restart it, as he knew people were taping it.
