Barcelona very lucky to get  draw.

It shows you how underrated the mental side of football is.

Incredibly for a team like Barca they just don't believe they can win away to Real Soceidad, it's a bit like Arsenal flopping at Stoke every season to use a premier league example.

They haven't won away there since May 2007 (La Real did go down for two seasons) and if you study their form they threw away a couple of 2 nil leads there and since then they've been losing 1-0 and really should've lose tonight as you say Paul.

They miss Iniesta badly he can get it forward quickly to the front trio, should give D. Suarez a run ahead of the awful Gomes.

Can't see them winning El Clasico. This La Liga is Real Madrid's to throw away.

Yes true but they have almost become a one man team this season. Agree Gomes is rubbish. I don't think Real Madrid are playing that well and no Bale too. Bit lucky yesterday. its not the fact that Barcelona are dropping points its that they are being totally outplayed by teams. Really Real Sociedad should have won by 4 or 5 goals but for woeful finishing,  bad luck and bad decisions.

Going to give the El Clasico a try.

Wonder how long I manage this time? Usually turn it off after the first red card/soft penalty.

Can't be bothered with watching an hour of diving, cheating, arguing with the ref and time wasting.

This has the potential to be one of the best games in football, but sadly in recent times it's just been a farce.

Another poor result for Atletico.....watched their game and Espanyol really should've nicked it, had two excellent chances on the break.

Sevilla losing to Granada....

Villareal not starting Bakumbu....and not scoring again.

I think Real Madrid will win La Liga quite comfortably, tbh it's about time they did....isn't it just 1 title win in 9 seasons?

This is the season where Barca's front three can't hide the flaws they have in the rest of the side. Without Iniesta their central midfield just doesn't function and they've given away a lot of cheap goals aswell.

Villareal are not even playing with the same style that did the last couple of years. Do not like their new manager. Its a poor La liga this season.

Their old manager who did a good job last season did a MON and resigned just before the season.

Fran Escriba is a bit of a journeyman, generally managed relegation threatened teams and was in charge of Getafe last season.

In fairness bar the Alaves game they've played well at home and blown teams away....not working away from home though.

Did you watch the Valencia game Paul...their defence is a total car crash. Incredible to think Man City signed Mangala for 30m.

At what point is it realistic to think Valencia will get relegated...their form has been terrible for a year now. Looking at their next two fixtures they'll probably be in bottom 3 over xmas.

I halfed watched it as I just backed two first half goals and got them early so was really focuses on the Fiorentina game, but yes their defence is bad. They really have dipped in the last couple of season. TBF to Villareal they are still just outside the top 4 but maybe in a slightly false position as they have only played Real Madrid out of the top sides. Bruno looks painfully slow these days. They have lost a  bit of their creative flair which Suarez gave them last season. Also they keep selling their best players and in the last two seasons they have sold Gabriel and Bailly and you cant keep replacing these players. Maybe that's the reason Marcelino walked.
