OutByEaster? Posted February 23 Moderator Share Posted February 23 1-1 Stoke made some changes at half time and look a bit livelier. Stoke youngster Ciaran Clark bundling home from a corner.

OutByEaster? Posted February 23 Moderator Share Posted February 23 Oof. He'll dream about that one tonight - two hands firmly on it and through it went like a wriggling kitten. Fair play Borland though, on target.

OutByEaster? Posted February 23 Moderator Share Posted February 23 You're about a minute ahead of me - to be fair to them, that's a decent goal, Sidibe looks a good player.
OutByEaster? Posted February 23 Moderator Share Posted February 23 Still time for a winner here - I get the feeling that whichever team believes they'll get it will get it. The more attacking side will win this one.

I think they sucked Monroe out of position and played it in behind him.
OutByEaster? Posted February 23 Moderator Share Posted February 23 Finished 2-2 - we'll be a little disappointed but I think it was probably a fair result in the end. Monroe sent off and will be a miss.
I Make Pies
Seemed to have a lot of joy in the first half playing long balls then winning the second ball from a Stoke clearance. In the second half they stopped us from doing this but we weren't able to adjust. It was a shame we couldn't put the game to bed in the first half as they only had their first shot after half time (and scored from it). Our pressing was better in the first half also, although that may be down to tiredness later on in the game. Ref went from waving play on for fouls in the first half to dishing out yellows for everything in the second. I'll give Motm to Borland. There wasn't an outstanding candidate but he controlled the game well in the first half and scored in the second.
mikeyp102
Is Emery first choice keeper at that level? Or do we think just keeping Unai sweet a bit?
