Us down to 17th only kept out of the bottom 3 on goal difference. Fulham is a massive game tomorrow

How the hell has it come to this

Thought Spurs were going to win tonight to lay down a statement of intent but they've been pitiful from the first whistle.

Their style works well against most bottom half teams who don't have the creativity to break them down but 1 point off Chelsea, Arsenal and Man. United shows what sort of league season they'll be in store for yet again.

Conte teams struggle when the games pile up, his teams usually struggle in the Champions League because of this

His record of winning when his teams play once a week is incredible

Ronaldo almost 40 but he hasn't changed from his first stint at United. Acts like a spoiled 19 year old his whole life

100% agree, but what were United thinking by not releasing him in the summer?
Half a million a week to be an unused sub.

Liverpool were pretty impressive in patches and their precision made them look like they were operating in slow-motion.

Núñez lacks the subtlety of Salah but looks like he might become renowned for the spectacular: his career average is one goal in two, which he seems highly likely to repeat.

West Ham were good but lack the finisher to really compete with the best.

The league is still wide open at the moment. Outside the top six no team has won more than 2 games out of the last 5. And only 2 teams have not registered at least one win in that period.

Also interesting that our record in the last 5 is identical to Bournemouth in 11th, and is better than Brighton in 8th, Brentford in 10th, Fulham in 12th, Southampton in 14th, and Leeds in 16th. Crystal Palace in 10th, West ham in 13th, and Everton in 15th all have slightly better records in the last 5 games by virtue of an extra win over one of our draws.
