They manage 9bn of total assets. That's not their actual money, its money borrowed to them to invest and grow. Football is a notorious cesspit for money. If they don't get promoted in a season or 2, this could get messy. I'm not a financial expert by any means - but their portfolio gain is NEGATIVE 85.69 percent and the S&P500 is up 192% Even in the last 12 months they've lost 47.45% of their portfolio. All I know is if I had a pension scheme to invest in a hedge fund I wouldn't be giving it to the donut who's lost 48% portfolio value in a year and saying he's going to build a £3 billion stadium for some tinpot shit pit nesbits from Small Heath. You could literally get a chimpanzee to pick 5 company names out of a hat from the FTSE100 to invest in and get better returns than that.
