Milfner
There was a flare in our end, but the smoke bomb was theirs. It **** stunk.
Die_Hard
Their chants throughout the game were truly pathetic as always. The "veeela" one is just ridiculous, laughable even. And I lost count of hearing "The city is yours when we're down in London" Jumping the gun a bit aren't they? God I really hope West Ham can beat break their dirty little hearts And their attendance was a disgrace

PompeyVillan
This thread is amazing Why would anyone want to play in a boring team with shit fans unless we throw buckets of cash at them? Villa are bigger than us, they always have been. I couldn't have written better myself.
kurtsimonw
They seem so desperately disappointed at the Bent news, especially when it came out the same day about them not being able to afford Keane. It's fantastic.
AVFC-Prideofbrum
Fair play, at least they pretty much all accept we're much, much bigger It's great to see.
Mantis
I think today just sums up the gap between us. We have hopefully acquired the services of a top Premier League striker for around £20m, this is after signing an international footballer with vast Champions League experience. They on the other hand got Bentley on loan and can't afford the wages of Robbie Keane who is years past his best. Oh yeah, and then there's that whole attendance thing. The city is ours indeed. Zatman
BLUES moved to end speculation about the ownership of the club by insisting Carson Yeung remained “in full control”. The club issued a statement amid concerns that shares of parent group Birmingham International Holdings remained suspended pending an announcement over a “very substantial acquisition”. Blues acting chairman Peter Pannu said: “There are no changes in the composition of the board in Hong Kong or at Birmingham City, which is still under the full control of Carson Yeung (right). “There is no cause for concern, as has been suggested by recent rumours.” Mr Pannu said he had spoken with Premier League chief executive Richard Scudamore and pledged Blues would “continue to fully co-operate” over any change in ownership. “We are clarifying with Hong Kong as to the latest position with regards to the ownership of the shares in the listed company that is the parent company of Birmingham City FC,” he said. “Once this is clarified we shall inform the Premier League forthwith. “Anyone can purchase shares in the company and it will be only after a while that the number of shares and the ownership could possibly be known.” Shares in the club’s parent company have been suspended since January 5. http://www.birminghammail.net/news/top-stories/2011/01/18/birmingham-city-issue-statement-on-carson-yeung-ownership-97319-28002921/ They sound like they could be in trouble soon
