Ok, last time I checked we were still in the Premier League (just), also last time I checked it was still mathematically possible to still be in the Premier League next season (just). So while there is still a chance for us to do this I will still be screaming my lungs out supporting the PLAYERS and MANAGER in trying to pull off this great escape. Yes the board/owner are seriously **** us over and appear to have given up hope, and yes there hasnt been many performances to give us hope as fans this season but without hope we are as good as the board in giving up on this squad of players. I lost my old man to cancer last year. Spend as much time as you can with him. Dont miss the chance. My dad ended up in a hospice towards the end, we would all take it in turns to make sure one of us was with him 24/7. I spent one whole night with him, just him and me, he wasnt completely with it at the time and we spent the whole night scratching scratchcards (that didnt exist) and talking crap with each other. Looking back that was the night I really got to say goodbye to him and am so glad I was there. Sorry to hear about your dad mate, dont waste what time you have left.

It's a bonus for good service. If they go out of their way to put in extra effort to make your time more enjoyable you tip more. It's to incentivise. Same way sales people get commission. It's good system. 10% for standard service. Vary that up and down based on quality of service. I abide by it. So why dont we do it in any other job? I work my arse off but dont get tips from customers for each piece of work I do because Im already paid to do it! Just like restaurant staff are!

I dont agree with tipping at all. They are getting paid to do the job already and are well aware of their pay before they start the job. You dont see a postman get paid a tip for every letter he delivers, or an IT guy get a tip everytime he fixes a laptop, or a shopkeeper everytime they serve you. They already get paid to do the job! STOP TIPPING THESE PEOPLE!
