Than you very much for these summaries @Hornso

Getting the right loan move is difficult. Obviously Suliman's was a complete disaster, but Mooney's seems to have been a waste of time as well. Green and Clark seem to have done the best as far as I can see.

Even though he is only get 5, 10, 20 minute sub cameos...

That speaks volumes really.

I dont think they like the idea of him possibly being recalled.

It seems Smith is entertaining the idea of recalling the kid.

If Smith is going to use him ahead of Hogan and kodjia, then yes I'd say if he is striker no2 then recall, if he's not leave him out on Loan. Other option is being used before Bolasie and Ghazi, out wide with his youth, speed, physicality he could get more game time for us that way, maybe Smith wants to utilize him as a winger. I think the possibility if green working his way into the first team now, are very high, sure we have loans but I think he's ready to be embedded in first team and as we lose those loans were going to have no choice anyway but to use him.

I thought he was more of an attacking left winger midfielder and Bolasie keeping him out the team.

If they want to keep him then they should use him more than just cameos imo.

Sometimes, clubs have the preference of using their own contracted players rather than give more time to a player they have on loan. Something we have been guilty of doing the opposite of. Green has always impressed for Portsmouth but they have their own talented wide players who they prefer to start. After all Green does well, we decide to recall him and long term its no benefit to a club like Portsmouth.

This is on top of his usual injury problems which are the biggest issue for him going forward and becoming an established Championship player and beyond.
