VILLAMARV
Shame all round there. Got a phone call I had to take and missed the end. Cant argue with the result. Sweden played really well. 4th time lucky on the gold medal then! At least with curling they could conceivably still be chasing medals in their 40's. As for the other semi it's very close

sne
Germany pulling off another massive chock in the hockey tournament beating Canada in the semi. Takes the edge away considering they could have played a bit better against Sweden.

sne
Anyone see the guy in the tutu during the short track? Quote The unidentified man took to the rink after the Men's Speed Skating during the 1000m. He wore a pink tutu and bizarre monkey thong but little else. The words ‘Peace + Love’ were emblazoned on his chest. He managed to stay on the ice for quite a few minutes, and he could be seen in the background as competitors were interviewed off the rink. https://www.express.co.uk/life-style/life/923053/streaker-winter-olympics-2018-pictures-video There is also a video in the link from the express. VILLAMARV
Not been the only nakedness on the ice either has it. I'm surprised that went without mention in this thread considering the collective drooling over the curling girls
Czechlad
I am pretty salty that the OAR was able to compete and knock the Czechs out when Russia was supposedly banned from the Olympics. Congrats to Germany though. No idea how they managed that. When I saw the final 4 draw, I thought Czech had a real chance at gold or silver, but somehow now we will probably end up 4th. villa4europe
Just watched it, good fun, people going big and unfortunately for them going home! Very few conservative safe jumps, I'm sure I heard somewhere ski big jump was being added to the next games
sne
Ivo Niskanen of Finland actually making a race out of the nowadays usually very boring 50k. Really impressive so far but still a way to go. For Sweden Calle Halfvardsson has once again chosen to quit the race. Poor lad, he's not had a fun time in South Korea. Only 4 years until the next opportunity... Edited February 24, 2018 by sne
