You could say unfair advantage when we signed players like McCormack, Hogan etc for huge fees in this league

Maybe but when you have a Portuguese manager and many Portuguese players in one team. He probably feels quite happy there. It's not easy for players to move to a new country. He could have gone to a Premier League team and struggled to settle.The integration must be so much easier when you have so many compatriots at one squad.  I think there is something special going on at Wolves. The Portuguese connection will take them far. 

I also think its easy for fans to forget that players are humans sometimes such is the money involved.
