KSV
Go Straya. We were awesome once again. Wouldn't mind Leckie at Villa. Or even Lluongo
Ghost
One of the best performances I've seen from us in forever. A very pleasant surprise.
ozvillafan Posted January 13, 2015 VT Supporter Share Posted January 13, 2015 If we score 3 or more goals against Korea we will have scored more in the group games than Villa in the PL this season.

Ponky
Looks like the Aussies are finding some mojo in attack. Oman under Le Guen is a team we have struggled to break down historically so 4-0 is very gratifying. Big game coming up against the Koreans next. This will be a real test. LondonLax
You would expect tougher games from here on out with Korea and then the knockout stages to come but Australia have looked the best team in the group stages so far.
MrDuck
Unwise perhaps to start getting too excited for Australia - Oman and Kuwait FFS. But the Aussies always struggle to score goals, so hopefully the confidence from these results will stand them in good stead when they play a half-decent side. Ghost
8 different goal scorers as well which is quite pleasing.
Ponky
Korea scraped past those two teams 1-0. As a Melbourne Victory fan I recognize the hallmarks of the Postecoglou game plan. Blistering attack from wide areas and the same old Achilles heel: defence against set - pieces
ThunderPower_14
Wow. Oman aren't much chop but we were absolutely brilliant. The pace and movement in attack was really great to see. We should take a lot of confidence out of that, it's the best we've played in a long time.

Ghost
Japan should've won that far more comfortably than 1-0. They could've and should've put at least 4 past Iraq. Been an entertaining tournament so far. No draws yet.

VillaChris
I was surprised to see Palestine had actually qualified for this, similar to Tahiti with the confed cup a few years back. What qualifying group were they in as apparently they didn't concede a goal in that section?!
